New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘God Thinks Of Me’

Let him have all your worries and cares, for he is always thinking about you and watching everything that concerns you. (1 Peter 5:7 TLB)

                                                                Prayer

Father, I give to You all my worries and cares, for You are always thinking about me and watching everything that concerns me. Is there any problem that is too great for God?  His Word covers all things. There is no situation He cannot handle. He has not left anything out when He laid the foundation of the earth. He did not forget anything when He took my sins, burdens, and cares on His body on the cross. He hears me in my complaints and my grievances, I am His child.
Father, I remember and will not forget You are bigger than all my sins. It’s of no advantage to me to complain. When I pray, I pray wth confident faith; trusting and proclaiming with confidence that God, is my strength and ever present help in my times of troubles. You are the hope for my life.
Today, I gather all my fears and doubts in one heap, and deposit them all at the footstool of the cross, and proclaim the victorious power of His Word over every situation I face forever and always in the precious and peerless name of  Jesus Christ my precious Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Search For Wisdom’

Cling to wisdom—she will protect you. Love her—she will guard you. (Proverbs 4:6TLB)

                                                                 Prayer

O my precious God, I seek wisdom, and I know she will protect and watch over me. I love her with all of my heart and she is faithful and guards my life. I praise and bless You for her.
Through all my difficulties, troubles, and circumstances help me to come to the right decisions. Help me to overcome all the temptations I may face. Sometimes it is good to step back, stop focusing on what others want me to do, and focus instead on what my conscience is telling me to do. Life is an exercise in decision making, I know I need Jesus Christ; and the Holy Spirit of God, to bring me to the right place I need to be.
Today and every day, I must make a choice: choices about what I will do, what I will worship, and how I will think. When I begin to doubt, I shall make the choice to sincerely believe that the Holy Spirit of God, will bring me in a closer relationship with God. And if I am uncertain of my next steps, I shall slow down long enough to pray to Jesus, and ask Him what He wants me do. When I do this God will bring me the answers I need. I can rest assured that when God answers prayer, His answers are the right ones for me. I praise and thank You dear God, now and always in Jesus peerless and precious name. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Spiritual Life’

Only the Holy Spirit gives eternal life. [*] Those born only once, with physical birth, will never receive this gift. But now I have told you how to get this true spiritual life.
(John 6:63 TLB)

                                                                        Prayer

O my precious God, thank You for giving me new life through Jesus Christ, through the  supernatural power of the Holy Spirit of God. It’s good to have a true spiritual life in Jesus Christ. He has breathed new life into me. He has given me fresh vitality into my life which was once was asleep. He has blessed me with freedom and enables me to accomplish new things. I arise each morning with great expectations, for His light has come into my heart. His glory is all over me. I am radiant in Him. He brings such joy and peace to my heart, a happiness that I have been craving for, now He has satisfied me in my body, mind, spirit, heart and soul. I am filled to the brim of contentment in Him alone and I shall always be ever thankful and grateful to Him for evermore through Jesus Christ my precious Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘New Life’

You are living a brand new kind of life that is continually learning more and more of what is right, and trying constantly to be more and more like Christ who created this new life within you. (Colossians 3:10 TLB)

                                                                   Prayer

Heavenly Father, I acknowledge I am living a brand new kind of life that is continually learning more and more of what is right, and trying constantly to be more and more like Jesus Christ, who created this new life within me to be more like Him. He is  restoring, renewing, and rejuvenating my spiritual life through the work of Holy Spirit within me. Because of my faith, through Christ, He will continually restore my relationship with Him by offering me absolute forgiveness. New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Risk It For God’

“O God my Rock,” I cry, “why have you forsaken me? Why must I suffer these attacks from my enemies?” (Psalm 42:9 TLB)

                                                                    Prayer

“O God my Rock,” I cry, to You “why have You forsaken me? Why did you let me down? Why am I walking around in tears, harassed by my enemies?” I know occasionally I will be disappointed and have failures in my life that are inevitable, but I constantly come to God in faith. There is always a price to pay for my unwillingness to take risks as I follow my dreams. But even in these setbacks, I know I must never abandon my faith. I do not have any right to give up on God, nor do I have any right to say what God can and cannot do in my life. When life is tough, this is the time I need to seek God’s face more. I am willing to keep on fighting the good fight of faith, even when I meet unexpected difficulties. I have made the decision today, whatever the temporary setbacks maybe, I will watch with surprise what God will do for me as my determination grows in Him. He gives me wisdom and the courage to persevere with Him. I praise and bless Him for everything He is doing in my life now and forever more in Jesus Christ, peerless and precious name. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Believe In God’

You can never please God without faith, without depending on him. Anyone who wants to come to God must believe that there is a God and that he rewards those who sincerely look for him. (Hebrews 11:6 TLB)

                                                                   Prayer

O my precious God, I can never please You unless my faith is built upon the Rock and Foundation of Christ. I am depending upon You to increase my faith daily, so that I may become stronger and deeper in faith. I do believe there is a God and that He will reward me sincerely in my faith through Jesus Christ.
I treasure my faith in Him. My faith is in Him and it is built upon love, and it’s monumental enough to move mountains, heal the sick, bring hope to the hopeless, and give courage to the feeble. From my faith everything springs forth. You have given me the authority and power to overcome evil and to charter unknown seas. Without faith I know it’s impossible to please God. I desire to understand the immensity of one minuscule mustard seed of faith. I understand that one beautiful act of faith in Christ, has the power to change the course of all people’s lives because they are placing there trust in the Son of God.
Jesus, is God’s precious Son and He is the way to the Father; whoever believes in Him will receive eternal life. Jesus, died on the Cross of Calvary to forgive all sinners their sins  and to set the captives free. His shed blood was shed for me and for you and through the inspiration and supernatural power of the Holy Spirit of God, we can know the truth about the Saviour, the Redeemer, the Messiah who was sent by God to save His people from the evils of this world of sin. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Joyful’

When a man is gloomy, everything seems to go wrong; when he is cheerful, everything seems right! (Proverbs 15:15 TLB)
it is a time to celebrate with a hearty meal and to send presents to those in need, for the joy of the Lord is your strength. You must not be dejected and sad!” (Nehemiah 8:10 TLB)

                                                                   Prayer

Father, I praise You that I can celebrate in a banquet of wondrous treats for my soul today. I can come and feast with You – I can feast upon our friendship. I can experience the delight of my soul being refreshed in You.
I ask You to fill my soul with joy once again, and help me to recognise the joy of the Lord. Help me to eat a hearty meal and not groan with spiritual hunger and feed myself with earthly foods, bread, wine gooey stuff, sweets, empty chatter, and entertainments – which are against the desired will of God, leaving me feeling empty and hungry. I ask You to fill me full with the Holy Spirit of God. I can't fully live without Your perfect joy flowing through my veins, You, Jesus; died on the cross to give me the gift of Your joy. Today, Jesus, let us be joyful together and help me to lean and depend upon the Holy Spirit of God, now and alway. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Rescued By God’

Then they cried to the Lord in their troubles, and he rescued them! He led them from the darkness and shadow of death and snapped their chains. (Psalm 107:13-14 TLB)

                                                                  Prayer

Father, many a time I have felt like giving up. In my times of troubles, I cry out to You, O God, and You will rescue me. You will lead me from the darkness and shadow of death and snap off my chains.
I praise and thank You for bringing the truth when I am battling with thoughts of discouragement. I know I do not need to give into the sin of discouragement the enemy tries to tempt me with. I acknowledge my sin of discouragement before God, and proclaim my faith through Jesus Christ, over everything that is against His laws and decrees. Help me to be focused upon God, at all times and allow Him be in the centre of my heart and life. I shall constantly keep on praying and crying out to Him and He will be faithful to me and heal and deliver me from all destructions and they will quickly evaporate in His presence, through the precious name of Jesus Christ and in the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit of God. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Strong In Character’

So let it grow, and don’t try to squirm out of your problems. For when your patience is finally in full bloom, then you will be ready for anything, strong in character, full and complete. (James 1:4 TLB)

                                                                      Prayer

O my beloved God, help me to grow in my spiritual walk with You. Do not let me try to squirm out of any problems I may have or be tempted to give up. Grant to me O God, Your patience and strength, to help me finally be in full bloom, then I will be ready for anything, strong in character, full and complete.
Father, I know You have work for me to do – important work. You have given me impressive array of talents and opportunities with which to accomplish the work at hand. When it comes to my particular genius – and I can be quite sure that I have one – it’s my job to transform potential into reality. Making my dreams come true is largely up to me. What I need is perseverance. The next time I am tempted to give up on my big dream, I shall remember that I may have to fight the battle more than once to win it. I shall keep fighting for the dreams God has given to me and wait for Him to make them come true! Every action I take, everything I do, is either a victory or defeat in the struggle to become all that God wants me to become You for the honour and glory of Jesus Christ my precious Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘A Patient Child’

Dear brothers, is your life full of difficulties and temptations? Then be happy, for when the way is rough, your patience has a chance to grow. (James1:2-3 TLB)

                                                                  Prayer

O my precious God, when my life is full of difficulties and temptations, when the way is rough, my patience will have a chance to grow. Patience, is a important part of Your eternal plan, and not as an almost-winner, or as a once-was or as a coulda-been, I am it. I am the right-now, in-the-game, the authentic child of Yours. You have sent me out with Your anointing and blessing to practice Your presence everywhere and in all things. I shall conqueror frustrations. I shall accept the time that real achievement takes. Patience is my friend. I shall be ready for anything You have for me. Today, I shall think about finding happiness as I wait upon You. I shall persevere in the upward climb – in the struggle and the thankless hours. I shall let my soul expand and grow, not squirming out of problems as frustration would have me do. I shall be strong in character- in the character of Christ. I shall be strong, bold, courageous and be complete in Him. For He is my portion of triumph forever and I shall  always remember this, bringing all my praise, thanksgiving, and worship to Him now and always. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘God’s Miracles’

O Lord my God, many and many a time you have done great miracles for us, and we are ever in your thoughts. Who else can do such glorious things? No one else can be compared with you. There isn’t time to tell of all your wonderful deeds. (Psalm 40:5 TLB)

                                                                 Prayer

O my precious God, many and many a time You have done great miracles for me, and I am always in Your thoughts. Who else can I depend upon for the glorious things You do? No one else can be compared with You. There isn't enough time to tell of all Your wonderful deeds. Who have I in heaven, but You, O God; and earth hasn't anything I desire besides You.
I thank You the amazing vision You have given me for my future and it is infinitely higher and abundantly better than anything I could imagine. I will not try to figure out or try to understand what You are about to do in my life – as You will show me how all my experiences fit together in accordance to Your plans..
Father God, You are doing something through me that is so amazing it can only be achieved by Your magnificent power and imagination. I will allow Your hope to strengthen me today: Because of God’s extraordinary love, the best is still ahead. Your plans for my future are unfolding, and they are truly fantastic. I shall have faith which will honour Him always, and I will always praise and exalt His precious glorious name forever and always through Jesus Christ my precious Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘God’s Truth‘

I will reveal these truths to you so that you can describe these glorious deeds of Jehovah to your children and tell them about the mighty miracles he did. (Psalm 78:4 TLB)

                                                                     Prayer

Father, You have revealed all the truths to me so that I can describe these glorious deeds of Jehovah to my children; and tell them about the mighty miracles You do. My life is a testimony of the way You work. People will learn whether they can truly trust the Lord by observing how to handle moments of joy as well as times of sorrow. When I battle hardships and obstacles, I still demonstrate faith in my unshakable God. The prophets of old the disciples experienced terrible pressure. However, each one of them refused to give up or react negatively to their circumstances. Rather, they were proactive – they did not only honour the Lord and they grew in their faith, but many others came to know Him through their excellent example. The same is true for me, but I must decide to trust in Him in every situation. I will honour God no mater what happens. I will be His faithfulness witness for Him as well. He has commanded me to speak the truth to my children … that they may set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, and keep His commandments, I shall obey His command in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Live By Faith’

Instantly Jesus reached out his hand and rescued him. “O man of little faith,” Jesus said. “Why did you doubt me?” (Matthew 14:31 TLB)

                                                                     Prayer

O my precious God, grant me the faith that does not doubt, and increase my faith, so that I will never doubt You. I refuse to have a doubtful mind, which is driven and tossed by the wind. When I have to make any kind of decision within my life, I will make sure I have included God in the decision making, asking Him to guide and lead me through the Holy Spirit of God in faith in the name of Jesus Christ. I cannot expect God to answer my prayers and petitions and give me a solid answer, if I am not walking in faith.
I relinquish all my emotions and feelings to God, for they are not reliable sources to base important decisions upon. In Christ Jesus, I have all the guidance I need; because He has planned my life. He has numbered the hairs on my head. He has calculated the breaths I’ve breathed and stored them in golden containers, to celebrate a life lived through Jesus Christ. I am close to His heart. I’ll never doubt His love. The Holy Spirit of God, assures me who I am in Jesus Christ. He is my life forever and always in His precious name. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘God Makes A Way Out’

He forgives all my sins. He heals me. He ransoms me from hell. He surrounds me with loving-kindness and tender mercies. (Psalm 103:3-4 TLB)

                                                                  Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You for forgiving me all my sins. You heal me. You ransomed me from hell. You surround me with loving-kindness and tender mercies. How grateful and thankful I am to You, through Jesus Christ my precious Lord.
Father, You will never let me bake in the oven of my mistakes. I have taken some wrong paths in my life, and I have gotten myself tangled in relationships I’d like to get out of, thankfully You have always been there to help and support me. So, I can come to You openly, honestly, and make a new start. You will remove the hot glare from my life, and You’ll place me in my sweet destiny. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Respect One Another’

Show respect for everyone. Love Christians everywhere. Fear God and honor the government. (1 Peter 2:17 TLB)

                                                                      Prayer

Father God, when I live in the light with Jesus Christ, this helps me to share fellowship with others. You have shown me that I must have respect and love for everyone. I must love Christians everywhere and I really want to do this.
As I walk forward in my relationship with God, it is so important that I spend time with others who share the same faith. Father, I ask You to find friends who are women of faith, who have the same heart and mind, through Jesus Christ.
Only You can open the doors of opportunities for me leading me into the right places, where I am able to serve You and serve others. I want to be surprised O God, how quickly I bond and how deep and lasting my relationships become. After all, I share a secret, the greatest love of all!
I want to surround myself with women who love and respect God and find they can be a source of true wisdom and spiritual encouragement. Father, You never intended that I walk the life of faith alone, but rather with other women who love and support me through Jesus Christ my Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Gods Laws’

Constantly remind the people about these laws, and you yourself must think about them every day and every night so that you will be sure to obey all of them. For only then will you succeed. Yes, be bold and strong! Banish fear and doubt! For remember, the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:8-9 TLB)

                                                                          Prayer

Gracious God, I am constantly to remind people about Your laws, and I myself must think about them every day and every night so that I will be sure to obey all of them. For only then will I succeed. Yes, I will be bold and strong! I banish all fear and doubt in Jesus Christ’s name. I remember, the Lord my God is with me wherever I go. All heaven is behind my success. The Words You speak to me create life and power, so today, I take Your Word and Your authority, as my strength, my shield, and my oxygen. I will see truth in all that You tell me, my faith will intensify, and my success will burgeon beyond human ability to the point where I’ll bring to pass that which is not by contending and speaking it out. Haven't You told me whatever I ask in Your name You’ll answer? Isn’t it written that faith is the substance of things unseen? In You I have the good success You ordained for me from the beginning.
O Lord my God, many and many a time You have done great miracles for me, and I am ever in Your thoughts. Who else can do such glorious things? No one else can be compared with You. There isn't time to tell of all Your wonderful deeds. Quicken my spirit that I am able to reach out and touch those people lives You want me to touch for the glory and honour of Your precious name. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Anticipating Gods Answers’

Then they remembered that God was their Rock—that their Savior was the God above all gods.

                                                                       Prayer

Heavenly Father, I remember that You are my Rock – the Saviour above all gods. I praise and thank You from all of my heart, that You have placed a great trust within my heart in faith.
You can make anything possible and You do not always answer my prayers the same way. Just when I think I understand how You will solve a problem, You take a different route. This is why my faith is so important. I shall always make sure whatever I am doing is in line with the principles of Your Word, but I also will allow You to be God – and submit to You whenever You reshape Your plans in my life, even when I do not comprehend why You are leading me in a certain way. I shall never try to box You in with my expectations. Because I will find, that when I think I know all there is to know about You, You will do something far better that I could ever imagined. In addition, this is when I am truly blessed. I remember that You, O God; are my Rock, that the Most High is my Defender through the blessed name of Jesus Christ my precious Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Close To God‘

Dear friends, let us practice loving each other, for love comes from God and those who are loving and kind show that they are the children of God, and that they are getting to know him better. But if a person isn’t loving and kind, it shows that he doesn’t know God—for God is love. (1 John 4:7-8 TLB)

                                                                  Prayer

Father, help me to practice loving one another, for love comes from God and those who are loving and kind show that they are the children of God, and that they are getting to know You better. But if a person isn't loving and kind, it shows that he doesn't know God – for God is love.
Father the closer I am to You, the easier it is for me to accept being loved by others. Love is not something I have to earn. I am loved because I am flat-out loveable. You have given me many gift to share with others, and as I fill my heart and mind with growing closer to You, I want to reach out to accept the love of those around me. They have much to give me. I shall truly be and let myself be loved. I shall fill my whole heart and mind with Your words and fill and fill my mind with Your mind. I shall fill my body with Your enabling health. I shall fill my soul with the knowledge of Your will. I ask You to refresh my spirit with a knew and creative spirit which is about to explode in me for the glory of Jesus Christ’s name. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Deep Passion‘

And they will pray for you with deep fervor and feeling because of the wonderful grace of God shown through you. Thank God for his Son—his Gift too wonderful for words.
(2 Corinthians 9:15TLB)

                                                                  Prayer

O my precious Lord, I shall pray with deep passion, ardour, and intensity; and have feelings of the wonderful grace of God, You have shown towards me. I praise and thank You, O God, for Your Beloved Son Jesus Christ – this precious Gift too wonderful for words for me to express.
A gift is measured by the effort and love it took to give it to me, and every gift You have given to me; gives me wings to go to my heavenly savings account where nothing is calculated by numbers but by integrity. You want me to see the divinely appointed authority of the gifts I give to people. When I give a gift through effort, grief, sacrifice, sorrow, hardship, and joy, it bears powerful authority through the Holy Spirit of God. I shall start to proclaim the authority of the gifts God has given to me, for such gifts aren't mere charitable niceties; they're kisses from You. The gifts I have given come from a selfless heart which go to You first, then to the recipients. No matter how simple or grand, I freely give, whatever the cost, because it's the heart of the giver that multiplies itself and only what I give from the heart is truly mine and Yours always in Jesus Christ’s name. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘God’s Provisions’

They asked for meat, and he sent them quail and gave them manna—bread from heaven. He opened up a rock, and water gushed out to form a river through the dry and barren land; for he remembered his sacred promises to Abraham his servant. (Psalm 105:40-42 TLB)

                                                                         Prayer

Father God, when I ask for Your provisions for me, You always provide for me in accordance to Your holy promise. I do not want to be tangled up in wrong thoughts, and do not want to forget what the Bible has promised me. I want to follow the path of the Holy Spirit of God. I want to be able to understand that Your mercies are new to me each morning and that You will provide for me in miraculous ways as I travel through life. Through the Bible it contains all the hope and wisdom I need for each new day. The Bible was written for me, and the truth it contains is just as powerful today as when it was first penned. When You, O God, promises to love me, provide for me, and guide me each day, You mean it. You spread Your wings around me with the legions of Your angels and arc angles and I am protected by You each day, I praise and thank You for this as I place my trust in You completely in Jesus Christ my precious Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Being One In God ’

Jesus replied, “What I am telling you so earnestly is this: Unless one is born of water and the Spirit, [*] he cannot enter the Kingdom of God. Men can only reproduce human life, but the Holy Spirit gives new life from heaven. (John 3:5-6 TLB)

                                                                     Prayer

Father, You are telling me earnestly: Unless one is born of water and the Spirit, we cannot enter the Kingdom of God. Men can only reproduce human life, but the Holy Spirit gives us new life from heaven. I praise and thank You that You have given me this new life from heaven through the Holy Spirit of God.
Father, You know I am in need of help, and so You will answer me, but first You want me to see myself as one with You. We are not separate and neither are we apart. I am grounded on firm solid ground, while You are not up in the clouds with a pair of holy binoculars and a yellow legal pad taking notes.
I understand Your Spirit is in me. We are united from inside; and I am listening to what You want to say to me. You are always with me now! We are spiritually connected in a divine, miraculous fusion making us one spirit. What is born of the flesh is flesh, but Your Spirit has fused my human spirit and has created a new life in me. Right now. Here and now. This minute. When I specifically ask You for guidance, I trust You will guide me along the right way in accordance to Your perfect will. I shall listen with my heart, and You will hear me forever and always in the precious and holy name of Jesus Christ my Lord, and in the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit of God, I give You all the praise, adoration, and thanksgiving. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Precious To God’

Who then can ever keep Christ’s love from us? When we have trouble or calamity, when we are hunted down or destroyed, is it because he doesn’t love us anymore? And if we are hungry or penniless or in danger or threatened with death, has God deserted us? No, for the Scriptures tell us that for his sake we must be ready to face death at every moment of the day—we are like sheep awaiting slaughter; but despite all this, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ who loved us enough to die for us. (Romans 8:35-37 TLB)

                                                                   Prayer

Father, who can keep Christ Jesus; love from me? When I have trouble or calamity, when I am hunted down or destroyed, is it because You don’t love me anymore. And if I am hungry or penniless or in danger or threatened with death, have You deserted me? No, for the Scriptures tell me that for Your sake I must be ready to face death at every moment of the day – for I am like a sheep awaiting slaughter; but despite all this, overwhelming victory is mine through Christ who loved me enough to die for me.
I am precious to You; I shall never forget this. I shall never lose sight of these sheltering words. You are fully aware of each facet of my character. You know my choices, my strengths, my flaws, and my glories. You know me better than I know myself. My aims in life are too low, however, and my target unfocused. This is why my confidence is shallow. I ask You to open up my eyes of understanding today, and I shall stop permitting the clouds for sin and self-reproach to waste my energy. You give me my breath, and You number my days. Help me to take charge of my choices today, and I ask You to be Lord of my life absolutely in everything I do for the glory, praise, and honour of Jesus Christ’s name. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘No Need For Worry’

Don’t you yet understand? Don’t you know by now that the everlasting God, the Creator of the farthest parts of the earth, never grows faint or weary? No one can fathom the depths of his understanding. He gives power to the tired and worn out, and strength to the weak. Even the youths shall be exhausted, and the young men will all give up. But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint. (Isaiah 40:28-31 TLB)

                                                                         Prayer

O my precious God, I know that the everlasting God, the Creator of the farthest parts of the earth, will never grow faint or weary. I cannot fathom the depths of Your understanding. But I do know You give power to the tired and worn out people, and You give strength to the weak. Even the young shall be exhausted, and the youth will give up. But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint. You will not let me fall, nor shall I  worry. You have always been with me and held me up to guide and protect me and always be with me and I shall not be alone. You live and dwell in me, and I dwell and live in You. Yes, You hold my hand, and You also hold my heart. I choose to fuse my thoughts with Your thoughts. My dreams, my longings, my passions, are not separated from Your thoughts for we are one. Today, I will transcend from the worldly grip on my life that comes and goes like a moth beating at the window. I am fixed to You and I shall fly together with You and You will help me to reach my destination through Jesus Christ my precious Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Waiting For Answers‘

For when the way is rough, your patience has a chance to grow. So let it grow, and don’t try to squirm out of your problems. For when your patience is finally in full bloom, then you will be ready for anything, strong in character, full and complete. (James 1:3-4 TLB)

                                                                 Prayer

Father, when the way is rough, my patience has a chance to grow. So I shall let it grow, and not try to squirm out of my problems. When my patience is finally in full bloom, then I will be ready for anything, strong in character, full and complete.
I have been waiting for answers to my prayers, and I have been patient. I will not let doubt bite me on the neck when I have come this far trusting You. I know doubt will strip me of my faith, it is as simple as peeling an orange. I ask the Holy Spirit of God to strengthen my faith, that my faith is built solely upon the Rock and Foundation of the Lord Jesus Christ. Doubt, doesn't fit who I am any longer, there isn't any room for doubt in my life so in the precious name of Jesus I ask Him to cast it out. I trust in God’s Word, and believe when His Word tells me; He will never leave me or forsake me I trust in what His Word says. I also know above the shouts of confusion He is with me as I wait patiently for Him. He is  answering me – but in His time. I shall let Him carry me to the place that is best for me I shall let Him multiply His best for me. This best He has for me is worth waiting for. I shall endure a little longer and then I shall endure with triumph as He wins all my battles for me. Thank You, Lord Jesus; for all Your faithfulness You have shown towards me now and forever more. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘God’s Love’

O my people, with an everlasting love; with loving-kindness I have drawn you to me.
(Jeremiah 31:3 TLB)

                                                                        Prayer

Father, in the past I have looked to people for approval. I have compared myself with others and I was snared in the unstable notions of inferiority and superiority. You have put me on earth to be a star in Your kingdom and I will glorify You. When, I put You first, and my ways please You, You’ll will make my enemies at peace with me. I will put You first today and I will experience Your favour to accomplish my calling with dignity and success.
You, love me with an everlasting love; with loving-kindness You have drawn me to You. You want me to climb into Your arms of goodness, and snuggle up to You; into the safety of Your love and mercy so I can feel totally secure in Your nourishing care. You creating new passageways leading me into the holy chambers of Your heart. Wisdom and knowledge are my lighted beacons, and tell me, the joy of life is mine. You will not mislead me nor do You lie. You want me tucked in Your sweet embrace eating the fruit of contentment under Your watchful gaze. I shall take what You have for me today! I shall treasure Your words deep in my heart. Everything You have is mine to share with You now and for always in Jesus Christ my precious Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘ Straight And Narrow Path‘

O Lord; I try to walk a straight and narrow path of doing what is right; therefore in mercy save me. I publicly praise the Lord for keeping me from slipping and falling.
(Psalm 26:11-12TLB)

                                                                  Prayer

Lord Jesus, help me to walk a straight and narrow path of doing what is right; therefore in Your mercy save me. I will publicly praise Your name from keeping me from slipping and falling.
I come to You for stability. When my world crumbles around me, I turn to You. Whatever my situations maybe around me, I know only You can steady and assure me, teaching me wisdom and self-control, and training me to remain faithful.
Do not let events throw me off balance, You show me how to stay focused and centred upon Jesus Christ, clinging to His unwavering promises.
Father God, You are the only One who can truly bring me stability because You are completely consistent and unchanging – You stay steady, though the rest of the world may tremble. Therefore, I shall stand on solid ground by setting my feet on the path You have planned for me in the foundation of Jesus Christ. There, I shall surely never be shaken. I praise and thank You for everything You do for me through the Holy Spirit of God and in the name of Jesus Christ my precious Lord. Amen.

I shall observe the mind of Christ, and in every word I speak and all I do, let You be the inspiration I need to do Your perfect will for the glory of Jesus Christ. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’- ‘Opening My Heart’

Open up, O ancient gates, and let the King of Glory in. Who is this King of Glory? The Lord, strong and mighty, invincible in battle. Yes, open wide the gates and let the King of Glory in. Who is this King of Glory? The Commander of all of heaven’s armies!
(Psalm 24:7-10 TLB)

                                                                     Prayer

O my precious God, I shall open up the gates of my heart and let the Lord the King of glory into my heart. You the King of Glory, the Lord who is strong and mighty, invincible in battle. Yes, I shall open wide the gates of my heart and let the King of Glory in. He is the King of Glory, the Commander of all the heaven’s armies.
I shall be blessed as I am a child of His, I shall be patient, and will not force what is not ready to be birthed, as I know His timing is perfect and not by chance. I shall lift up my gates for He is with me and He will strengthen and sustain me. The heavens rejoice and are pleased with my progress in this such sort time. I was called, yes chosen for such a time as this and my destiny will be fulfilled. I shall not look to the left or right, but at Christ Jesus Himself, He loves me more than I know and I am His. I shall shine in my faithfulness to Him and His shining light within me shall glorify Him, wherever I go; and whoever I am with, His glorious name shall be magnified and exalted forever and always. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’- ‘Stand Silent’

“Stand silent! Know that I am God! I will be honoured by every nation in the world!”
(Psalm 46:10 TLB)

                                                                   Prayer

O my precious God, I shall stand silent!  for I know You are God! You will be honoured by every nation in the world.
I see Your hand in all things – You shall be glorified, not man or self. My time is in Your hands and it is time for me to watch and listen. I shall perceive what You will show me and You will teach me – I am blessed, and called for Your Kingdom purposes and You will raise me up when the time is right.
I trust in You and shall not fight the desires of my heart, but I shall follow You and learn from Your ways. You are with me, You will guard and protect me, just as You have always done – thankfully I shall remember!
I believe in Jesus Christ, and He will help me to be wise as He guides my footsteps, to follow Him. He hear’s my prayers and He knows my heart is true. He shall bless me because I am His child.
I trust in God’s Word and will be a faithful student, who hears His voice and believes. He  knows my heart, and it is true to His calling, following Him, taking my hand and leading me, as He directs my steps.
The enemy will try to sift me as wheat, but I shall remain faithful servant to Christ. I shall focus on Him, and His teachings and will be strong in His  name – I shall not let my fears distract me, for He is with me and He will guide me as long as I walk and put my trust in Him. I praise and thank Him always and forever more in Jesus Christ my precious Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘God Loves My Heart’

You love righteousness and hate wickedness; therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions by anointing with the oil of joy. (Psalm 45:7 NIV)

.                                                                   Prayer

O my precious God, I love righteousness and hate wickedness; therefore God, my God, has set me about my companions by anointing me with the oil of joy.You call me beautiful, for you are enthralled by my beauty; I honour you, for You are the Lord of my life. Today, I think about this wonderful truth: God finds me lovely. He created every detail that makes me unique – my personality, giftedness, and traits – with loving care, and He is enthralled with what He has accomplished within me. He is so precious to me and He is my God. He has filled me with potential, every facet of who I am and I am beautiful to Him. Yet what He loves most about me is that my heart, which has been cleansed and purified with His forgiveness and covered with His righteousness, now I shall honour, and obey Him with all of my heart. Now when I look into the mirror, praise Him for how He has made me, even those things I wish I could change. Then I can gaze into His face and realise that my beauty is a reflection of His. God, how wonderful it is to be loved so deeply and completely. Fill my eyes with your magnificent face, and my heart with your wonderful love. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Glorious God‘

What a glorious Lord! He who daily bears our burdens also gives us our salvation.
(Psalm 68:19 TLB)

                                                                     Prayer

O what a glorious Lord, I have in Jesus Christ. He who daily bears my burdens also give me my salvation. I live within the shadow of the Almighty, sheltered by the God who is above all gods. This I declare, that He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; He is my God, and I am trusting Him. For He rescues me from every trap and protects me from the fatal plague. He will shield me with His wings.! They will shelter me. His faithful promises are my armour. Now I don't need to be afraid of the dark anymore, nor fear the dangers of the day; nor dread plagues of darkness, nor disasters in the morning. Though a thousand fall at my side, though ten thousand are dying around me, the evil will not touch me. I will see how the wicked are punished, but I will not share it. For Jehovah is my refuge I choose the God above all gods to shelter me. How then can evil overtake me or any plague come near? For He orders His angels to protect me wherever I go. They will steady me with their hands to keep me from stumbling against the rocks on the trail. I can safely meet a lion or step on poisonous snakes, yes, even trample them beneath my feet! For the Lord says, “Because he loves me, I will rescue him; I will make him great because He trusts in my name.” I praise God that I can rest in His arms forever and always in Jesus Christ, my precious Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Life Is Good‘

“My beloved said to me, ‘Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away. For the winter is past, the rain is over and gone. The flowers are springing up and the time of the singing of birds has come. Yes, spring is here. [*] The leaves are coming out, [*] and the grapevines are in blossom. How delicious they smell! Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away.’"
(Song Of Solomon 2:10-13 TLB)

                                                                    Prayer

O my beloved God, You; have said to me, ‘Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away. For winter is past, the rain is over and gone. The flowers are springing up and the time of the singing of birds has come. Yes, spring is here. The leaves are coming out, and the grapevines are in blossom. How delicious they smell! Arise, my love, my fair one and come away.’
Yes, Lord, Your are telling me the truth; my life is good, and You will always help me through the storms of the world as well as the storms of my mind. You’ll lift me out of every oppressive whirlwind, and self-destruction will not be my master. When I am weary, You’ll pick me up in Your arms. You’ll make me strong and put a new song in my throat. I shall be at peace with yesterday and look at the hope of today. I can look around me and see the spring of life that is all fresh and new in Jesus Christ. All this is possible, and all is mine. I give praise, thanksgiving, adoration and love to my beloved God now and always in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘God Is Our God Forever’

For this great God is our God forever and ever. He will be our guide until we die.
(Psalm 48:14TLB)
‘Today the Lord our God has shown us his glory and greatness; we have even heard his voice from the heart of the fire. Now we know that a man may speak to God and not die.
(Deuteronomy 5:24 TLB)

                                                                  Prayer

Oh, my precious God, You; are my great God forever and ever. You will be my guide until I die. You are the Lord my God and You are showing me Your glory and greatness; I have heard Your voice from the heart of the fire. I know I can speak to God and I shall not die.
There is no place in my life for mediocrity. Nothing about You is inconspicuous or lacklustre; nothing about You is secretive, lukewarm, or wishy-washy. I bear Your name, I shall not walk in the world unnoticed; I will not live a tepid, bland life, I will not be invisible.
You are holy, all powerful, omnipotent God, and as Your child I am on the earth reflecting You and the vastness of Your personality. I shall open my ears and let You speak through me. I shall obey You fully. You are not calling me to be a clanging bell, a brassy symbol, a loud-mouth bore, and religious threat, no. It's our relationship that can be seen by all. There is no substitute for Your love for me, and there’s no substitute for my love for Thee. This in itself makes me and my faith eternally unique.
Jesus, I praise and thank You from the bottom of my heart for everything You, the Lord my God have done in me, and through me for Your glory, kingdom, of Your  name. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Everything In Christ’

Because the Lord is my Shepherd, I have everything I need! He lets me rest in the meadow grass and leads me beside the quiet streams. He gives me new strength. He helps me do what honors him the most. (Psalm 23:1-3 TLB)

.                                                                   Prayer

Father God, You are my Shepherd, and I have everything I need! You let me rest in the meadow grass and lead me beside the quiet streams. You give me new strength daily. You help me do what is right and what honours You the most.
You know the betrayal I have suffered, and You know how hard I've tried to hide from my fears of being hurt again. I shall let You remove the fragments of my wounded spirit. I can face my fears! In the humility of Your love and in the power of the Holy Spirit, I can proclaim the ascendancy of Your Word over my life to permit the peace that has been stolen from me to be restored. True to Your Word, You restore my soul. You shall make me a beacon of honour, but You need me to do my part, so I shall rise up and wash myself in the midst of glorious victory today. I commit and commend my life to You through Jesus Christ my precious Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Standing Firm’

A good man has firm footing, but a crook will slip and fall. Better to be poor and honest than rich [*] and dishonest.(Proverbs. 10:9,19:1 TLB)
And one of the things I keep on praying for is the opportunity, God willing, [*] to come at last to see you and, if possible, that I will have a safe trip. For I long to visit you so that I can impart to you the faith [*] that will help your church grow strong in the Lord. Then, too, I need your help, for I want not only to share my faith with you but to be encouraged by yours: Each of us will be a blessing to the other. (Romans 8:10-12 TLB)

                                                                   Prayer

Lord Jesus, I thank You that my feet has been made firm in You. I shall not slip or fall because I am sustained in You.
I keep praying for the opportunity for God to visit me, so that I can impart my faith and trust from Him to you and help our church to grow strong in the Lord.
I am a person of integrity in Christ – a person who doesn't rely on false pretence. I have no need to boast or lie or fumble with false inventions to earn acceptance or keep the peace. My integrity doesn't muff responsibility but I delight in being loyal to the Lord Jesus Christ my precious Lord. I will not listen to words embroidered with flattery and dishonest intentions that make an ugly pattern to kept hidden in the cabinet of mistakes. I shall avoid this behaviour at all costs. I love honesty and faithfulness; I love the wholesomeness and the incorruptibility of my soul. I give all the honour, praise, glory, and thanksgiving to my precious Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ my precious Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘You Make Me Wise’

So ever since we first heard about you we have kept on praying and asking God to help you understand what he wants you to do; asking him to make you wise about spiritual things;  and asking that the way you live will always please the Lord and honor him, so that you will always be doing good, kind things for others, while all the time you are learning to know God better and better. (Colossians 1:9-10 TLB))

                                                                   Prayer

Gracious and loving Heavenly Father, ever since I first heard about You; I have kept on praying and asking You, O God; to help me understand what You want me to do; asking You to make me wise about spiritual things, and asking that the way that I live will always please You, Lord, and honour You, so that I will always be doing good, kind things for others, while all the time I am learning to know You better and better.
Father God, Your power has transformed my life because I invited You to do so. I made the decision right from the moment I met with You, to allow You; to transform my life the way You wanted too.
Even when the demands of the day may drain me of strength or rob me of the joy that is rightfully mine. But even in my busiest day – or my darkest – I can be comforted in the knowledge that You have the power to renew my spirit and my life. I have a new beginning with You, and nothing on this earth will steal my new beginning with You. My heart is turned towards God. I have discovered that my great Creator of the universe is in the business of making all things new – including me. I surrender, relinquish, yield and commit my will and ways to the ways of Jesus Christ now and forever more. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Listen To The Spirit’

Suddenly there was a sound like the roaring of a mighty windstorm in the skies above them and it filled the house where they were meeting. (Acts 2:2 TLB)
But make everyone rejoice who puts his trust in you. Keep them shouting for joy because you are defending them. Fill all who love you with your happiness. For you bless the godly man, O Lord; you protect him with your shield of love. (Psalm 5:11-12 TLB)

.                                                                  Prayer

Father, I thank You that You have filled my life in the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit of God. You have made me rejoice because I have put my trust in You.
The evidence of Your presence is all around me and in me. You have heard my prayers in the wind of Your Spirit. My loving gracious heart has touched Yours; our discussion has been recorded and honoured. You are fulfilling Your Word in me today, and blessings, like rain rushing to the earth, are coming to me. I shall rejoice I put my trust in You. I shall keep shouting for joy because You are defending me. You fill all who love You with Your happiness. For You bless the godly man, O Lord; and protect them with Your shield of love in Jesus Christ. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Treasure’s Of Heaven‘

Since you became alive again, so to speak, when Christ arose from the dead, now set your sights on the rich treasures and joys of heaven where he sits beside God in the place of honor and power.  Let heaven fill your thoughts; don’t spend your time worrying about things down here. (Colossians 3:1-2 TLB)

.                                                                   Prayer

Gracious God, thank You that I am ‘Born Again’ in Jesus Christ and in the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit of God. Now, I set my affections on the things above, and will not get side-tracked by the the racket I hear from below  – in the basement of life. My life belongs to Jesus Christ and I shall keep my sights on the rich treasures and joys of heaven where He sits beside God in the place of honour and power. I shall let heaven fill my thoughts; and will not spend my time worrying about the things down here on earth.
Jesus, You are in the holy penthouse on the top floor, where there’s a rooftop garden of delights up there, sweet, succulent, happy, peace-fed. I thank You that I can come and join the feast with You forever more. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Publicly I Will Fulfil My Vows ‘

Yes, I will stand and praise you [*] before all the people. I will publicly fulfil my vows in the presence of all who reverence your name. (Psalm 22:25 TLB)
Praise him for his majestic glory, the glory of his name. Come before him clothed in sacred garments.(Psalm 29:2 TLB)
Come, kneel before the Lord our Maker, for he is our God. We are his sheep, and he is our Shepherd. Oh, that you would hear him calling you today and come to him!
(Psalm 95:6-7 TLB)

                                                                     Prayer

Father, I will stand and praise You, before all the people. I will publicly fulfil my vows in the presence of all the people who reverence Your name. I will praise You for Your majestic glory, the glory of Your name. Let me come before You clothed in sacred garments. Let me come and kneel before the Lord my Maker, for He is my God. I am one of His sheep, and He is my Shepherd.
Today, I shall walk in the Holy Spirit of God, then I will not become entangled in fleshy stuff of futile worldliness. I shall stay vitally close to You and I will experience the myriad benefits You offer me, setting my soul like a clock and come to Your throne more often.
I come to You with my praise and worship with gratitude; adoration and love in faith through Jesus Christ. I shall worship You alongside with the legions of angels who know that praise is the fountain from which Your blessings flow. Your holy ears respond to my faith, and my faith has been nourished and trained by the Holy Spirit of God to worship You. I ask Your favour to explode over me enabling and empowering me, to be all that You created me to be through Jesus Christ my Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Bountiful Supply Of Wisdom‘

If you want to know what God wants you to do, ask Him, and he will gladly tell you, for He is always ready to give a bountiful supply of wisdom to all who ask Him; he will not resent it. But when you ask Him, be sure that you really expect Him to tell you, for a doubtful mind will be as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind; and every decision you then make will be uncertain, as you turn first this way and then that. If you don’t ask with faith, don’t expect the Lord to give you any solid answer. (James 1:5-8 TLB)

                                                                    Prayer

Father, I thank You, when I ask You what You want me to do, all I have to do is ask You for wisdom and You will gladly tell me. You always are ready to give me a bountiful supply of wisdom and grace to do what I need to do in You. I will not allow my feelings of inadequacy to visit me for one moment, for You have shown me in You I shall never be inadequate for the tasks You assign to me.
I need grace to have the courage to relinquish my jungle of responsibilities to You. You have empowered me spiritually for greatness. I will not surrender my glorious power in You for a sackful of cheesy self-doubt. You are accomplishing Your purpose in me, and the choices I face today depend on my brave, wise frame of mind. Your grace brings me a caravan of rewards when I least expect it. I come to You in faith, expecting You, Lord, to give me all the solid answers I need to have to be obedient to the Lord Jesus Christ, for ever and always. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Faith In Christ’

Then he touched their eyes and said, “Because of your faith it will happen.”
(Matthew 9:29 TLB)
Because of your little faith,” Jesus told them. “For if you had faith even as small as a tiny mustard seed, you could say to this mountain, ‘Move!’ and it would go far away. Nothing would be impossible. (Matthew 17:20TLB)

                                                                Prayer

O my precious God, You have touched my eyes and said, “Because of my faith it will happen.” Because of my little faith, “Jesus told me, “For if you have faith even as small as a tiny mustard seed, you could say to this mountain, “Move!’ And it would go far away. Nothing would be impossible.
Father, I am beginning to realise the power I have in You. I posses unlimited power when I exercise my faith in whom I am in You. I honour You and demonstrate Your authority in human lives and events by confidently and assuredly exercising my faith in You.
My faith can only expand when I use it. When things are difficult my faith becomes a living illustration of Your power and grace that dwells within me. My faith can be as small as a mustard seed, and it's sufficient to rattle mountains. Today, I put my faith to use as never before. I shall enjoy the leading of Your will and pray the impossible through the Holy Spirit of God and move the mountains that stand in the way of my walk with God in Jesus Christ. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’- ‘Light of Christ‘

Blessed are the people whose God is the Lord! (Psalm 144:15 ESV)

.                                                                   Prayer

Father, I thank You that I am a person who is blessed in the name of the Lord. I am happy for You are Jehovah. I will praise Your name in the heavens, and I will praise Your name on the earth. Every breath that I breath I shall praise the name of God.
The cities of the world may lose their light, but not me. I am Your child, and I am a light of the world through Jesus Christ. I am a city set on a hill that cannot be hidden. Your Holy Spirit, fills and ignites me, and my light permeates the spiritual atmosphere around me. Everywhere I step my foot, I bring Your presence with me, for I represent the Light of Christ in the light of the world. Demons hate the light that shines forth within me through Jesus Christ and they run screaming away from me. I shall walk with the authority that Jesus has given to me fighting in faith, through the Holy Spirit of God, in the darkness of the world which surrounds me. He has won all my battles for me always and forever more Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Almighty Rock‘

I praise you, Lord! You are my mighty rock, and you teach me how to fight my battles. (Psalm 144: 1 CEV)

                                                                Prayer

Father, I praise You, the Lord! You, are my Almighty Rock, and You teach me how to fight my battles. You make me ready for whatever is ahead, and help me face right now that which has left me reeling in confusion. I shall be obedient to God and serve Him faithfully, so any new ordeal I may have makes absolutely no sense. I am utilising spiritual muscles that are unfamiliar and aching. Everything I believe about Christ, is being stretched and tried in a manner I haven't experienced before. Whether I realise it or not, I am in training in the Holy Spirit of God’s school. God is preparing me for important battles ahead, for the tough challenges I will face. The difficulties I am enduring is crucial to making me ready for them. I shall not be in despair! God will use every situation I have for my good. When I see the wonderful strengths and grace He is developing within me, I shall surely have cause to praise and bless His precious and holy name forever and always. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Keep God’s Laws‘

For if you give, you will get! Your gift will return to you in full and overflowing measure, pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, and running over. Whatever measure you use to give—large or small—will be used to measure what is given back to you.” (Luke 6:38 TLB)
And though all heaven and earth shall pass away, yet my words remain forever true.
(Luke 21:33 TLB)
Constantly remind the people about these laws, and you yourself must think about them every day and every night so that you will be sure to obey all of them. For only then will you succeed. (Joshua 1:8 TLB)

                                                                     Prayer

O my beloved God, I shall give as You command me to give. My gifts will be returned to me in full and overflowing measure, pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, and running over. Whatever measure I give – large or small – will be used to measure what is given back to me.
Today, I pray for illumination into Your Word so that the Holy Scriptures will be breathed afresh and a knew into my life, and I ask You to infuse my spirit, soul, and body with understanding, revelation, and healing. I ask You to multiply my faith like rain as I devote my time today to study Your Word. The treasures for me today, is spending time with You more than my daily bread. Your Word is the food I need that will never leave me hungry and it feeds my spirit and soul. I shall come to You and be filled in my heart like a cup pressed down and running over with many of Your great blessings in Christ Jesus my precious Lord.
And though all heaven and earth shall pass away, yet Your  words remain forever true. I shall constantly remind the people about these laws and decrees, and I myself shall think about Your Word every day and every night, and shall be sure to obey all of Your laws and decrees written in Your Word. For only then will I succeed in Jesus Christ my Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Rest In Christ’

Come to me and I will give you rest—all of you who work so hard beneath a heavy yoke.  Wear my yoke—for it fits perfectly—and let me teach you; for I am gentle and humble, and you shall find rest for your souls; for I give you only light burdens.”
(Matthew 11:28-30TLB)

.                                                               Prayer

O my beloved God, I shall come to You and You will give me rest. I shall take Your yoke and mantle and personality upon myself and learn from You for You are gentle, meek, and lowly in heart and I will find rest for my soul. For Your yoke is easy and light and it fits me perfectly.
You want to teach me the skills of rest, and how to leap into Your loving kindness like plunging into refreshing cool waters on a blistering hot day. I will not ignore Your offer to pass my burdens and cares over to You because frustration and exhaustion will come to sink my ship of hard work, and I’ll be too tired to send them away.
So, I shall come to You now with every burden I may have;  and the pressures of my life’s circumstances will subside and recede into Your care. I shall rest in You. You are reviving and energising me. In the midst of the storm, You will give me Your peace, sweet as honey, and it's lovely taste will revitalise my body, soul, and spirit. O yes, I shall rest in Jesus Christ my precious Lord, and not struggle any longer. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Blessed In God’

The Lord will bless you with good crops and healthy cattle, and prosper everything you do when you arrive in the land the Lord your God is giving you. (Deuteronomy 28:8 TLB)
“Yes, I am the Vine; you are the branches. Whoever lives in me and I in him shall produce a large crop of fruit. For apart from me you can’t do a thing.”  (John 15:5 TLB)

                                                                  Prayer

O my precious God, You will bless me with good crops and healthy cattle, and prosper everything I do when I arrive in the land the Lord my God is giving me. Yes, You are the Vine; and I am a branch abiding in You. Whoever lives in You and You shall live in them shall produce a large crop of fruit. For I know apart from You I cannot do a thing.
To do one thing without You is unnatural for me, and it is exceedingly lonely. You are the One who fashioned the heavens. You are the One who stretched the waters into the seas, and You are the One who created me to be Your friend. The heavens tremble and the seas roar, but with me, Your child, I like to sit down and relish a holy conversation. You want to hear me speak of urgent earthly matters and of my compassionate love for the issues, troubles, and people I love. You will show me great and wonderful things from heaven’s storehouse of answering all my prayers. May I bring honour, glory, praise, worship, and adoration to God through His precious Son Jesus Christ, forever and always I pray. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘We All Need Scripture’

That is what is meant by the Scriptures which say that no mere man has ever seen, heard, or even imagined what wonderful things God has ready for those who love the Lord.
(1 Corinthians 2:9 TLB)
And I delight to do your will, my God, for your law is written upon my heart!”
(Psalm 40:8 TLB)
For I am God—I only—and there is no other like me who can tell you what is going to happen. All I say will come to pass, for I do whatever I wish. (Isaiah 46:9-10 TLB)

                                                                Prayer

O my precious God, I need Your Scripture to tell me what man cannot see, hear, or even imagine what a wonderful things God has ready for those who love the Lord. I delight to do Your will, my God, for Your law is written upon my heart. Your daily words to me are meant to guide me in Your profound mysteries and my assignment on the earth. I want to be attentive to everything You tell me. I shall drink Your words and become a simmering arrow dipped in the fire of faith that shoots a direct bull’s-eye into the heart of Your purposes. Yes, by Your Word, You can move mountains. By Your Word the sick are healed, the lame walk, the blind see.
I realise You are God – You only – and there is no other God like You who can tell me what is going to happen. All You say will come to pass, for You do whatever You wish. Today, I realise I was born to do on earth just as Jesus Christ was born to do on earth today. I am to follow in the footsteps of Christ forever and always until my work on earth is done. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Prayer Warriors’

They will be mighty warriors for God, grinding their enemies’ faces into the dust beneath their feet. The Lord is with them as they fight; their enemy is doomed.
(Zechariah 10:5 TLB)

.                                                               Prayer

Gracious God, I am a mighty warrior for God through prayer, grinding down my enemies faces into the dust beneath my feet. The Lord my God is with me as I fight; my enemies are doomed.
I also have to learn when to contest and when to keep my spiritual fists to myself. I need discernment – spiritual discernment which is a gift from Your Holy Spirit and it means I must give permission for Your will to cohabit Your will in penetrating light that gives clear vision on all sides of what’s before, behind, above, and around.
Father, You have shown me there’s a time to fight and a time not to fight. Having the gift of discernment tells me when to speak and when not to speak, when to act and when to remain still. This gift of discernment sheds light on what's true and what's false. The gift of discernment allows me to see through the veil of unknowing confusion, and it helps me to recognise evil spirits. I pray I may receive, activate, and put to use Your Holy Spirit’s gift of discernment today and every day of my life through Jesus Christ my precious Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Being An Example’

Be an example to the believers with your words, your actions, your love, your faith, and your pure life. (1 Timothy 4: 12 NCV)
And here you yourself must be an example to them of good deeds of every kind. Let everything you do reflect your love of the truth and the fact that you are in dead earnest about it. (Titus 2:7 TLB)
.
                                                               Prayer

Heavenly Father, help me to be a good example to the believers with my words, my actions, my love, my faith, and my pure life. I know I must be an example to them of good deeds of every kind. Let everything I do reflect my love of the truth and the fact that I am in dead earnest about Jesus Christ.
Help me in my formative years, be the woman I choose to be as a role model that influences myself and the goals I set for myself. Now, as a adult, I am the one who the younger women watch.
Daily, You remind me that my appearance and behaviour matter, because You understand how influential I am around those who are around me, especially young women who are still discovering their own personalities and priorities. As a role model, the way I carry myself reflects my values, and the words I use in everyday conversation declare my attitude toward God and other people. I was created not only to please God but also to reflect His virtue and to demonstrate His goodness and purity to others. In all things let me show them how to live by the way my life is lived in Christ. I commit this prayer into Your hands in the name of Jesus Christ my precious Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Wisdom Is Mighty’

A wise man is mightier than a strong man. Wisdom is mightier than strength.
(Proverbs 24:5 TLB)
What is faith? It is the confident assurance that something we want is going to happen. It is the certainty that what we hope for is waiting for us, even though we cannot see it up ahead. (Hebrews 11:1 TLB)

                                                                 Prayer

Father, help me to be wise and strong today. Grant to me Wisdom for it is mightier than strength. Deepen my faith. The gift of faith You have given to me is the confident assurance that something I desire is going to happen to me in Jesus Christ. It is the certainty that whatever I hope for is waiting for me, even though I cannot see it up ahead. It is trusting in God in faith through the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit of God, He knows what is best for me and He knows what is going to happen to me. Then it’s up to me to wait upon Him in faith, to do whatever He needs to do to make His plans come forth for my life in accordance to His will.
Whenever things seem to become dreary and without hope, let me grab hold of the strength that You have poured out into me. The notion of hopelessness doesn't exist in Your Kingdom, and You have given me the spiritual strength to combat every wily scheme aimed at me to discourage and tear down by my faith in Jesus Christ. The substance of everything I hope for is positioned in my faith. I shall be strong, bold and courageous for Your power has been proven to me by Your Holy Spirit, and His mighty power is with me today and every day of my life forever and always in Jesus Christ my precious Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘The Past Offers Me Nothing’

For the winter is past, the rain is over and gone. (Songs of Soloman 2:11 TLB)

Follow the steps of the godly instead, and stay on the right path, for only good men enjoy life to the full; [*]  evil men lose the good things they might have had, [*] and they themselves shall be destroyed. (Proverbs 2:20-21 TLB)

.                                                                      Prayer

Father God, I am giving far too much time to the past, to what is over and now gone. The past offers me nothing but more of itself. I shall not be obsessed about the past any longer, but give all of its power it's had over me to You; and ask You to give me the power to overcome my past so it shall not rule in my present any longer;  for I do not want to miss the glory of this moment. It's not good for me to pine for yesterday’s riches. It is destructive to my soul as resentment for what's been robbed from me. Today, I choose to appreciate and open up my eyes to the goodness in my life as it is right now.
You have used my past, both good and bad, as an instrument to create a greater future for me. You see my past as not only healed and delivered from the gnawing teeth of the devil, but as a scrapbook of success to add new pages to. I am a living wonder today. I have a new mind-set in Christ, and I think of terms of today, the way Jesus Christ does, I have given my past in its many dimensions to You, knowing now that all things will work together for my good in according to the promises You have made with me in Christ Jesus. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘God Has Implanted His Gifts’

And those who are wise—the people of God—shall shine as brightly as the sun’s brilliance, and those who turn many to righteousness will glitter like stars forever. (Daniel 12:3 TLB)
In solemn truth I tell you, anyone believing in me shall do the same miracles I have done, and even greater ones, because I am going to be with the Father. You can ask him for anything, using my name, and I will do it, for this will bring praise to the Father because of what I, the Son, will do for you. Yes, ask anything, using my name, and I will do it!
(John 14:12-14 TLB)

.                                                                    Prayer

O my precious God, I praise and thank You for the gifts You have implanted in me. I thank You for Your wisdom which is making me wise to the decisions I make. I shall shine as brightly as the sun’s brilliance, turning  many of Your people to righteousness through Jesus Christ, and they will glitter like stars forever in Your name.
In solemn truth I tell You, anyone who believes in Jesus Christ, shall do the same miracles He has done, and even greater ones, because He has gone to be with the Father. I can ask Him for anything, using His name, and He has promised to do it, this will bring praise to the Father because what He, the Son, will do for me. Yes, I shall ask anything, using His name, and He will do it!
I shall move forward in the dream He has placed within my heart. He is the One who has created me with confidence and enthusiasm, and I shall not hold back.He is with me and will bring to pass the results of what He has birthed in me. I shall execute my plans with the skill He has gifted me with through the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit of God, and I will receive approval and favour and as God has said, “Many lives will be saved, enriched, and prepared for the days to come.” I continue to trust in God for all things for the praise and honour of Jesus Christ’s precious name. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Beauty For Ashes’

To all who mourn in Israel he will give: beauty for ashes; joy instead of mourning; praise instead of heaviness. For God has planted them like strong and graceful oaks for his own glory.
(Isaiah 61:3 TLB)

                                                                 Prayer

O my precious God, I thank You that You will give me: beauty for ashes, joy instead of mourning; praise instead of heaviness. For God has planted me strong and as graceful as an oak for His own glory.
It was Him who saved me and chose me for His holy work not because I deserved it but because that was His plan long before the world began – to show His love and kindness to me through Jesus Christ.
Today, I think of myself as a sculptor facing a block of stone and all ready for God to chisel out the beauty of Christ locked inside of me. I ask Him to  knit and shape me and form me into His desired will. I have been waiting a long time for my Father to set me loose and set me free for centuries, through Jesus Christ my precious Lord,
God, You have blessed me with the consecrated skill required to create the beauty from ashes. I trust the gifts You have given me today. I trust the person of the Holy Spirit, who made me who I am today. I dare to chisel away at my divine appointed task with dignity and holy pride for the namesake and glory of God my Father, His Son Jesus Christ; and through the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit of God. I give all the honour and praise for the Trinity and the Godhead, forever and always in the precious name of Christ. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘God Is My Hope‘

O Lord, you alone are my hope; I’ve trusted you from childhood. Yes, you have been with me from birth and have helped me constantly—no wonder I am always praising you!
(Psalm 71:5-6 TLB)

.                                                                Prayer

Father God, You alone are my hope; I've trusted You from childhood. Yes, You have been with me from birth and have helped me constantly – no wonder I am always praising You!
You have been talking to me since before I was born. You were the first one who welcomed me into the world when my mother gave birth to me. You've loved and cherished me forever, and yet I haven't always been aware of Your presence. It took me forty years before I was aware of Your existence, before I heard You calling me by my name.
Your presence was subtle, unpredictable, and supernatural. You revealed Yourself to me in the sacred halls of my heart – in the early hours of the morning; I heard You calling my name. I recognised Your still small voice and acknowledge You as my Saviour and Lord, who told me everything that had been wrong in my life, You the Lord my God would put all things right.
Jesus, You never cease to amaze me. You are constantly changing me and rearranging me knitting and shaping me into Your desired will. I willingly want to do things in Your will and ways in submission and obedience to Christ. No more do I want to walk a disobedient life of sin, but I want to live a life of righteousness, holiness, and godliness and through the help of God’s Holy Spirit, He will enable and empower me to do this for I ask Him in His  name. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Patience Requires Courage ‘

In that day the people will proclaim, “This is our God in whom we trust, for whom we waited. Now at last he is here.” What a day of rejoicing! (Isaiah 25:9 TLB)
I will answer them before they even call to me. While they are still talking to me about their needs, I will go ahead and answer their prayers! (Isaiah 65:24 TLB)

                                                                       Prayer

O my precious God, I will proclaim today, “You are my God in whom I trust, whom I wait upon in Christ. Now at last You are here.” I shall rejoice always in the Lord, for all of His love and faithfulness He has shown towards me.
I know He will answer me even before I call out to His name. Even when I'm talking to Him about my needs, I know He has gone ahead of me and answered my prayers.
When I begin to become anxious, He see me waiting in patient expectancy wondering when He is going to act? This is when I call out to Him in prayer asking Him when?
You have shown me when I am in the valley of patience, it requires courage from me. You give me courage and strength to wait upon You in faith through the Holy Spirit of God. I have a personal relationship with Christ, and I know in my heart what You are doing for me will be Your very best.
You will never go back on the promises You have made with me, and You will surely answer me at Your appointed time.
How gracious and thankful I am to You, O God; for all the patience You have shown towards me, even when I get things wrong, this has made no difference to You.
I am grateful that You are my God, and You are in the business of putting all things right, for me and for all of Your children; who have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. You will always do what is right and best for us all in Your precious name. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘God Answers Prayer‘

And we are sure of this, that he will listen to us whenever we ask him for anything in line with his will. And if we really know he is listening when we talk to him and make our requests, then we can be sure that he will answer us. (1 John 5:14-15 TLB)

                                                                         Prayer

Gracious God, I can be sure wherever I go, You will go with me. Whatever I need, You’ll provide for me. When I step out and declare You name, You will favour my cause. You care about what concerns me. The tribulation in the world shall not alarm me, instead it will bring me to my place of prayer to find You.
I can break down all strongholds and declare Your Word into each one of my situations. I will pray with supernatural power and authority through the Holy Spirit of God, with confident assurance, with faith in the precious name of Jesus.
I shall never forget You are in control and are over all principalities, powers, and dominions, having this great knowledge helps my faith grow.
And I am sure of this You will listen to me whenever I ask You for anything in line with Your will. And if I really know You are  listening to me when I talk to You, and make my requests known to You before the eternal throne, then I can be assured that You will answer me.
Father, how grateful I am that You listen to each one of my prayers. I pray through the name of Jesus Christ, and in the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit of God, through faith and trust in Jesus Christ, that the outcome and answers to those prayers will come at Your appointed time. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – 'I Need Wisdom And Knowledge In God’

For the reverence and fear of God are basic to all wisdom. Knowing God results in every other kind of understanding. 11 “I, Wisdom, will make the hours of your day more profitable and the years of your life more fruitful.” 12 Wisdom is its own reward, and if you scorn her, you hurt only yourself.
(Proverbs 9:10-12 TLB)

                                                                   Prayer

Heavenly Father, it is good for me to have reverence and fear of God this is the basic of all wisdom. Knowing God results in every other kind of understanding. Wisdom, will make the hours of my day more profitable and the years of my life more fruitful.  Wisdom is its own reward, and if I scorn her, I will only hurt myself.
I need both knowledge and wisdom. Knowledge is found in text books. Wisdom, on the other hand, is obtained through my experiences, years of trials and error, and paying careful attention to God’s Word. Knowledge is an important building block in a well-lived life, and it pays rich dividends both personally and professionally. Wisdom is even more important because it refashions not only my mind but also my heart.
Having faith, God doesn't intend for me to stand still. He wants me to keep growing deeper as a woman and as a spiritual being. No matter how grown-up I may be, I still have a lot more growing up to do. The more I grow into Christ Jesus, the more beautiful I become, inside and out.
Let me remember that the longer I live, the more I shall know, and the more I shall know, the more beautiful I become. I desire to pass on these traits to others so they too can have a relationship with God through the Holy Spirit of God. Amen.
