New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Enemies of Christ ‘

For I have told you often before, and I say it again now with tears in My eyes, there are many who walk along the Christian road who are really enemies of the cross of Christ. Their future is eternal loss, for their god is their appetite: they are proud of what they should be ashamed of; and all they think about is the life here on earth. (Philippians 3:18-19TLB)

                                                                    Prayer

Father, You have told me before, and You have said it again with tears in Your eyes, there are many who walk along the Christian road who are really Your enemies, the enemies of Christ. Their future is eternal loss, for their god is their appetite: they are proud of what they should be ashamed of; and all they think about is the life here on earth.
Yes, You know that the world is filled with greedy, selfish people who are out to get what they can and at any cost. I am Your beloved, and I am not one of them. I shall rise up into the arms of the Comforter, and turn my head heavenward and praise His precious name. I shall not take my eyes off the workers of iniquity and I shall be amazed at what You are doing here on the earth today.
I shall make every effort to see the goal to: see beyond the obvious, live beyond the ordinary, believe beyond the possible. I shall go the extra mile and experience Your miraculous power in all I do, and I shall be amazed at Jesus Christ, and what He has already done for me now forever more. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Pain Of Rejection’

And some who are most gifted in the things of God will stumble in those days and fall, but this will only refine and cleanse them and make them pure until the final end of all their trials, at God’s appointed time. (Daniel 11:35 TLB)

                                                                    Prayer

O my precious God, we are gifted in the things of God, we will stumble and fall; but this will refine and cleanse us and make us pure until the final trials end. We are hunted down, but God never abandon’s us. When we get knocked down, then we get up again and keep on going. These bodies of ours are constantly facing death just as Jesus did; so it is clear to all that it is only the living Christ within us who keeps us safe.
Jesus, understands the pain of rejection. He came to the world to bless it; but was rejected, beaten and murdered. He came to show the world love and a better way to live only to be ostracised for the love He wanted to give. His own people didn’t want Him, they tossed Him out; and then they crucified Him.
Jesus, You have shown us that when we suffer and are rejected, we are partakers in sharing Your sufferings; and if we suffer with You we will reign with You. We should not think it odd that we are rejected. As servants of God we are not greater than our Lord. We possess a treasure house of blessings with our names upon it. These blessings, lovingly selected by Christ; have our names upon them which will make up for our grief. Let us identify with Jesus Christ and be strong. We share a rare and beautiful intimacy with Him. He has taken all our disappointment, anguish, and grief on His body on the cross. Rejection and fear has lost its power over us forever and always in Jesus’ name. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘God Instructions ‘

Every day and all night long their counsel will lead you and save you from harm; when you wake up in the morning, let their instructions guide you into the new day. For their advice is a beam of light directed into the dark corners of your mind to warn you of danger and to give you a good life. (Proverbs 6:22-23 TLB)

                                                                       Prayer

O my precious Lord, every day and all night long You counsel me and will lead me and save me from all harm. When I awake in the morning, Your Holy Spirit, will instruct and guide me into the new day. His advice is a beam of light to me, which is directed into the dark corners of my mind; to warm me of danger and to give me a good life.
I need not worry, For You are guiding me and You will show me the way You want me to go through the Holy Spirit of God. He dwells and abides within me. He is right beside me gently advising me on the action He wants me to take at the right precise moment.
I shall be empowered to act in divine wisdom and integrity. I shall keep my eyes upon God,  knowing that God’s power is limitless, and His mercy is without measure. I am a mighty warrior in God’s army, and He has anointed and blessed me for battle in the heavenly realms. All the honour, praise, and glory goes to God; through Jesus Christ and through the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit of God. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – God Is At Work Within Me‘ ‘

For God is at work within you, helping you want to obey Him, and then helping you do what He wants.(Philippians 2:13 TLB)

.                                                                 Prayer

O my precious God, You are at work within me. I thank You, for helping me and empowering me to rely upon You to show me what You want me to do. You are working through me and You have things You want me to do for the heart and core of Your people.
I choose to accept the assignment and will seek God’s will and to follow Him. There is a Godly time and place for all things within our power to acquiesce in the will of God – and what peace it brings to do so!
I surrender completely to the Lord my God through Jesus Christ, this is not a tremendous sacrifice, it’s not an agonising performance. It is the most sensible thing I can do.
Lord God, have made a perfect plan for my future may I conform to Your plans – for this is the best and safest way I can live. The only safe place I know is to be in the centre of God’s will. It is not only the safest place but the only place I desire to be. The Lord satisfy’s me in everything I undertake to do through Jesus Christ my precious Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Good Boundaries’

Lord, you have assigned me my portion and my cup; you have made my lot secure. The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places. Psalm 16:5–6 NIV

                                                                    Prayer

Father God, You have assigned me my portion and my cup; and You have made my lot secure. The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places. I do not want to go beyond the boundaries You have set before me.
You created me at this appointed time in history and in my unique circumstances for a reason. My experiences have not only shaped my personality and values, but have also affected me in how to serve God and to whom I am able to minister too. Although my life maybe difficult at present, it is not a mistake that I am where I am in God.
Father, You have set my boundaries for my life not to harm me, but for my good. Not to cause me pain, but You will bless me abundantly if I will allow You to lead me. Therefore, I shall listen to You, and seek Your wisdom in my circumstances. Then I shall rejoice as You turn my limitations into wonderful opportunities. I praise the Lord who counsels me – even at night my conscience instructs me. I keep the Lord in my mind always. Because You are at my right hand, I will not be shaken. I praise Him for working all things out for my good, I thank Him for using my life’s boundaries for His glory, the benefit of others, and my edification. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House And Meet With Him In Prayer’ – ‘Spiritual Gift and Power ‘

Now you have every grace and blessing; every spiritual gift and power for doing His will are yours during this time of waiting for the return of our Lord Jesus Christ. Notice among yourselves, dear brothers, that few of you who follow Christ have big names or power or wealth. Instead, God has deliberately chosen to use ideas the world considers foolish and of little worth in order to shame those people considered by the world as wise and great.
(1 Corinthians 7, 26-27 TLB)

                                                                 Prayer

O my precious God, I thank Your every grace and blessing; every spiritual gift and power for doing Your will in this time of waiting for the Lord Jesus Christ’s return. God has deliberately chosen me and to use ideas the world considers foolish and of little worth in order to shame those people considered by the world as wise and great.
You have given me gifts to help others and I shall lack nothing to go forward in my calling. I shall stop thinking of myself as weak and unproductive, for in Christ Jesus, He empowers me to do great and awesome things. He knows my capabilities and He knows my physical limitations. He knows my responsibilities and He knows my every need. You have given me Your gifts which is appropriate to me. When I feel I lack the strength and courage to fulfil my calling, this is when I ask God for His help. The Holy Spirit of God is at the centre of my heart and in the God-called ministry He want’s for me. I can rest assured I have all the power and courage I need for every task He gives me to do for the glory and praise of Jesus Christ. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House And Meet With Him In Prayer’ – ‘You Are The Lord Who Heals'

You will provide delicious food for me in the presence of my enemies. You have welcomed me as Your guest; blessings over-flow! (Psalm 23:5 TLB)

                                                              Prayer

O my precious God, You will provide delicious food for me in the presence of my enemies. You have welcomed me as Your guest; Your blessings over-flow over my life. I will bless the holy name of God with all my heart. Yes, I will bless the Lord and not forget the glorious things He does for me.
He has forgiven me all of my sins. He has healed me. He ransoms me from hell. He surrounded me with loving-kindness and tender mercies. He fills my life with good things! My youth is renewed like the eagle’s! He gives me justice to all who are treated unfairly. He revealed His will and nature to Moses, and now He has revealed His will and nature to me.
He is merciful and tender toward those who don’t deserve it; He is slow to get angry and full of kindness and love. He never bears a grudge, nor remains angry forever. He has not punished me as I deserve for all my sins are ever before Him. His mercy is towards me and those who fear and honour Him. He has removed all of my sins as far away from me as the north is to the south and the east is from the west and He remembers my sin no-more.
I shall always be grateful and thankful to the God of my ancestors, He who has shown His love towards me and others forever and always in the precious name of Jesus Christ my precious Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House And Meet With Him In Prayer’ – ‘You Kept Me Safe’

He kept them safe, so they were not afraid. But the sea closed in upon their enemies and over-whelmed them. (Psalm 78:53 TLB)

                                                                 Prayer

O my precious Lord, I praise and thank You, for You have kept me safe. I have no need to be afraid any longer for You have kept me where no one else ever could.
When the storms of life are all around me, I come to You through Jesus Christ my precious Lord; asking Him to calm all the storms within my life. He will command the storms to be quiet and still and they will obey Him. He will close the sea upon mine enemies and they will not overwhelm me. He is the One who knows how to handle all the storms within my life – for He is my divine storm handler.
I shall climb into the hollow of Your hand and make myself comfy, right now. Yes, my Lord, You have made me a home in the nest of Your hand and I am mistaken if I think I can help myself. For only You are the One who is able to help those who cannot help themselves. I have made a decision today, to stay here with You and be in the centre of Your will until this storm wears itself out – but I know I am safe with You.
I come to Christ Jesus, giving Him all my praise, thanksgiving, adoration, and love. For me there is no-one as glorious as God, and only He is worthy to be praised now and forevermore.  Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House And Meet With Him In Prayer’ – ‘I Will Serve The Lord ‘

But as for me and my family, we will serve the Lord. (Joshua 24:15 TLB)

                                                                    Prayer

O my precious Lord, me and my family, we will serve You, alone. Lord, we will build our house upon the Rock and Foundation of the Lord Jesus Christ. I know You will care for us for You know our hearts.
I am praying for my loved ones. I understand You hear me because You love them more than I ever could love them. I am comforted to know this. I know You won’t let me down and You won’t let go of my loved ones. You are doing bigger works than I could ever know or imagine within them. I shall expand my vision and proclaim Your Word over them. You will keep my family and present them before the presence of Our Father, and they will come to worship You. I shall see them through the eyes of Your mercy and I shall love them and trust You to keep all the promises You have made with me concerning them.
My prayers are like mountains of gold, their range dazzling in brilliance, stretching far beyond my limited perception, and touch more lives and situations than I will ever begin to know. I can never thank and praise You enough for all Your love, faithfulness, and goodness You, the Lord my God; have bestowed upon me and my family, the family of God, through Jesus Christ, my precious Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House And Meet With Him In Prayer’ – ‘God’s Glorious Power ‘

But this precious treasure – this light and power that now shine within us – is held in a perishable container, that is, in our weak bodies. Everyone can see that the glorious power within must be from God and is not our own. (2 Corinthians 4:7 TLB)

                                                                    Prayer

O my precious God, You have placed this precious treasure – this light and power that now shines within me – it is held in a perishable container, that is, in my weak body. This great light illuminates my soul. You have transferred me out of the kingdom of darkness and You have given me a permanent address in the kingdom of light. You have delivered me from all my shame and saved me from all my sins, and have lifted the heavy burden from my shoulders. You have lifted me out from obscurity and You are guiding me with grace and integrity. You have created me into a new creation, created in Christ Jesus unto good works which God has before ordained I should walk with Him.
Now, everyone can see that the glorious power within me must be from God and it is not my own. Yes, my God is working through me. He uses people like me who will humbly rely upon His power to achieve His goals. I am totally dependant upon Him, may His glory shine forth through me.
I will work in my Father’s service. I believe He has given me a new education and new adequacies which comes from Him. The Lord can and will work through me to accomplish His wonderful purposes, and all He requires from me is for me to trade my weakness for His strength and obey Him. I do this in complete submission to Christ. I surrender my life to Him and know it’s under His control.
I place my faith in Jesus Christ and I rejoice in all the wonderful and amazing things He has done for me from the moment I met with Him. Father, thank You for creating me for good works and working through me. May my life, witness, and testimony bring You all the glory, honour, and praise through Jesus Christ, Your precious Son. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House And Meet With Him In Prayer’ – ‘Whatever Challenges May Come My Way’

Yes, ask anything, using My name, and I will do it! “If you love Me, obey Me; and I will ask the Father and He will give you another Comforter, and He will never leave you. He is the Holy Spirit, the Spirit who leads into all truth.”  (John 14:15-17TLB)

                                                                    Prayer

Oh my precious God, I can ask for anything, using Your name and You will do it! As long as I obey Jesus Christ; You will ask the Father and He will give me another Comforter, and He will never leave me. He is the Holy Spirit, the Spirit who leads me into all truth.
I know everything I have is a gift from You, O God. For You have passed onto me Your commandments and I have accepted them and I know for certain that they have come from You because I believe in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Today, as challenges come my way, I will trust You. When I trust You I can and will meet all my challenges head-on, listening for Your perfect, flawless guidance.
Father, You are not a God who likes things to be disorderly and upset. You like harmony and peace. Fear and confusion will be far from me. With Your power You have defeated and wiped out all my enemies because You are at the helm of my life today. You have all the power to turn all setbacks to victories, all scraps of gold, all attacks to conquests. The Holy Spirit of God who dwells within me,  is all-powerful, all-knowing, all-wise; fully prepared and zealous to help me with His divine strategy to turn all things together for my good. I shall face all the challenges I have to face with courage and strength, in the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit of God, through Jesus Christ my precious Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House And Meet With Him In Prayer’ – ‘My Heart’s Desire‘

Be delighted with the Lord. Then He will give you all your heart’s desires. Commit everything you do to the Lord. Trust Him to help you to do it, and He will. (Psalm 37:4-5 TLB)

                                                                  Prayer

Father, I am delighted with the Lord. He will give me all of my heart’s desires. I commit everything I do to the Lord. I trust Him to help me to do whatever He wants me to do, and I know He will help me to do it.
I am ready to burst forth with a new anointing and authority given to me through God’s Holy Spirit, it is unlike anything I have experienced in the past. God has given me wisdom and joy which now gushes from my innermost being like a spring bursting forth after a long, grey winter. The Son of God illuminates my way. I can be confident and brave – this is just the beginning of what is to come.
The character of God is a loving character and there is absolutely no question about whether or not He will do what He says. I can count on the fact He will. Nothing can satisfy my soul other than delighting in Him and being close to Him in an intimate fellowship with Jesus Christ. He provides for me wisdom I need at every turn, but He also directs me in how to accomplish His plan for my life – including receiving the promises I yearn for.
I can be assured – the Father will not fail me. The desire of my heart may take a different form than I expected and may appear in a way I never imagined, but I know God will keep His Word to me.
The Lord Himself is my joy. So I can take heart, seek Him faithfully, and remind myself often, “Not one word has failed of all His good promises." Lord, I delight in You. I shall remain focused upon You for You are my joy and my life is in the Lord Jesus Christ, and in the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit of God. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House And Meet With Him In Prayer’ – ‘Bless the Lord ‘

I will bless You as long as live, lifting up my hands to You in prayer. (Psalm 63:4 TLB)

                                                                    Prayer

O my God, I bless You as long as I live, I shall lift up my hands to You in prayer. You are merciful and gentle, Lord, slow in getting angry, full of constant loving-kindness and of truth. I shall honour You Lord, I call and Your compassionate heart opens up to me. I ask and You reach out to me with Your giving hand and give me far more than I ask for.
“Life hurries past, too strong to stop, too sweet to lose.” Life indeed hurries, but there’s still time to do something significant—something nobody can do, but me. Nobody’s going to live for me. I shall extend my hands wide-spread to You. I reach and stretch to accept the countless blessings and all the answers to the prayers You have stored up for me in Glory. I shall keep what is mine, but I shall give all the credit and honour, glory to You the almighty God. I bring to Him all my praise and thanksgiving in the precious name of Jesus Christ my Lord. Amen.
