New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Waiting For Answers‘

For when the way is rough, your patience has a chance to grow. So let it grow, and don’t try to squirm out of your problems. For when your patience is finally in full bloom, then you will be ready for anything, strong in character, full and complete. (James 1:3-4 TLB)

                                                                 Prayer

Father, when the way is rough, my patience has a chance to grow. So I shall let it grow, and not try to squirm out of my problems. When my patience is finally in full bloom, then I will be ready for anything, strong in character, full and complete.
I have been waiting for answers to my prayers, and I have been patient. I will not let doubt bite me on the neck when I have come this far trusting You. I know doubt will strip me of my faith, it is as simple as peeling an orange. I ask the Holy Spirit of God to strengthen my faith, that my faith is built solely upon the Rock and Foundation of the Lord Jesus Christ. Doubt, doesn't fit who I am any longer, there isn't any room for doubt in my life so in the precious name of Jesus I ask Him to cast it out. I trust in God’s Word, and believe when His Word tells me; He will never leave me or forsake me I trust in what His Word says. I also know above the shouts of confusion He is with me as I wait patiently for Him. He is  answering me – but in His time. I shall let Him carry me to the place that is best for me I shall let Him multiply His best for me. This best He has for me is worth waiting for. I shall endure a little longer and then I shall endure with triumph as He wins all my battles for me. Thank You, Lord Jesus; for all Your faithfulness You have shown towards me now and forever more. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘God’s Love’

O my people, with an everlasting love; with loving-kindness I have drawn you to me.
(Jeremiah 31:3 TLB)

                                                                        Prayer

Father, in the past I have looked to people for approval. I have compared myself with others and I was snared in the unstable notions of inferiority and superiority. You have put me on earth to be a star in Your kingdom and I will glorify You. When, I put You first, and my ways please You, You’ll will make my enemies at peace with me. I will put You first today and I will experience Your favour to accomplish my calling with dignity and success.
You, love me with an everlasting love; with loving-kindness You have drawn me to You. You want me to climb into Your arms of goodness, and snuggle up to You; into the safety of Your love and mercy so I can feel totally secure in Your nourishing care. You creating new passageways leading me into the holy chambers of Your heart. Wisdom and knowledge are my lighted beacons, and tell me, the joy of life is mine. You will not mislead me nor do You lie. You want me tucked in Your sweet embrace eating the fruit of contentment under Your watchful gaze. I shall take what You have for me today! I shall treasure Your words deep in my heart. Everything You have is mine to share with You now and for always in Jesus Christ my precious Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘ Straight And Narrow Path‘

O Lord; I try to walk a straight and narrow path of doing what is right; therefore in mercy save me. I publicly praise the Lord for keeping me from slipping and falling.
(Psalm 26:11-12TLB)

                                                                  Prayer

Lord Jesus, help me to walk a straight and narrow path of doing what is right; therefore in Your mercy save me. I will publicly praise Your name from keeping me from slipping and falling.
I come to You for stability. When my world crumbles around me, I turn to You. Whatever my situations maybe around me, I know only You can steady and assure me, teaching me wisdom and self-control, and training me to remain faithful.
Do not let events throw me off balance, You show me how to stay focused and centred upon Jesus Christ, clinging to His unwavering promises.
Father God, You are the only One who can truly bring me stability because You are completely consistent and unchanging – You stay steady, though the rest of the world may tremble. Therefore, I shall stand on solid ground by setting my feet on the path You have planned for me in the foundation of Jesus Christ. There, I shall surely never be shaken. I praise and thank You for everything You do for me through the Holy Spirit of God and in the name of Jesus Christ my precious Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’- ‘Opening My Heart’

Open up, O ancient gates, and let the King of Glory in. Who is this King of Glory? The Lord, strong and mighty, invincible in battle. Yes, open wide the gates and let the King of Glory in. Who is this King of Glory? The Commander of all of heaven’s armies!
(Psalm 24:7-10 TLB)

                                                                     Prayer

O my precious God, I shall open up the gates of my heart and let the Lord the King of glory into my heart. You the King of Glory, the Lord who is strong and mighty, invincible in battle. Yes, I shall open wide the gates of my heart and let the King of Glory in. He is the King of Glory, the Commander of all the heaven’s armies.
I shall be blessed as I am a child of His, I shall be patient, and will not force what is not ready to be birthed, as I know His timing is perfect and not by chance. I shall lift up my gates for He is with me and He will strengthen and sustain me. The heavens rejoice and are pleased with my progress in this such sort time. I was called, yes chosen for such a time as this and my destiny will be fulfilled. I shall not look to the left or right, but at Christ Jesus Himself, He loves me more than I know and I am His. I shall shine in my faithfulness to Him and His shining light within me shall glorify Him, wherever I go; and whoever I am with, His glorious name shall be magnified and exalted forever and always. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’- ‘Stand Silent’

“Stand silent! Know that I am God! I will be honoured by every nation in the world!”
(Psalm 46:10 TLB)

                                                                   Prayer

O my precious God, I shall stand silent!  for I know You are God! You will be honoured by every nation in the world.
I see Your hand in all things – You shall be glorified, not man or self. My time is in Your hands and it is time for me to watch and listen. I shall perceive what You will show me and You will teach me – I am blessed, and called for Your Kingdom purposes and You will raise me up when the time is right.
I trust in You and shall not fight the desires of my heart, but I shall follow You and learn from Your ways. You are with me, You will guard and protect me, just as You have always done – thankfully I shall remember!

The enemy will try to sift me as wheat, but I shall remain faithful servant to Christ. I shall focus on Him, and His teachings and will be strong in His  name – I shall not let my fears distract me, for He is with me and He will guide me as long as I walk and put my trust in Him. New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘God Loves My Heart’

You love righteousness and hate wickedness; therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions by anointing with the oil of joy. (Psalm 45:7 NIV)

.                                                                   Prayer

O my precious God, I love righteousness and hate wickedness; therefore God, my God, has set me about my companions by anointing me with the oil of joy.You call me beautiful, for you are enthralled by my beauty; I honour you, for You are the Lord of my life. Today, I think about this wonderful truth: God finds me lovely. He created every detail that makes me unique – my personality, giftedness, and traits – with loving care, and He is enthralled with what He has accomplished within me. He is so precious to me and He is my God. He has filled me with potential, every facet of who I am and I am beautiful to Him. Yet what He loves most about me is that my heart, which has been cleansed and purified with His forgiveness and covered with His righteousness, now I shall honour, and obey Him with all of my heart. Now when I look into the mirror, praise Him for how He has made me, even those things I wish I could change. Then I can gaze into His face and realise that my beauty is a reflection of His. God, how wonderful it is to be loved so deeply and completely. Fill my eyes with your magnificent face, and my heart with your wonderful love. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Glorious God‘

What a glorious Lord! He who daily bears our burdens also gives us our salvation.
(Psalm 68:19 TLB)

                                                                     Prayer

O what a glorious Lord, I have in Jesus Christ. He who daily bears my burdens also give me my salvation. I live within the shadow of the Almighty, sheltered by the God who is above all gods. This I declare, that He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; He is my God, and I am trusting Him. For He rescues me from every trap and protects me from the fatal plague. He will shield me with His wings.! They will shelter me. His faithful promises are my armour. Now I don't need to be afraid of the dark anymore, nor fear the dangers of the day; nor dread plagues of darkness, nor disasters in the morning. Though a thousand fall at my side, though ten thousand are dying around me, the evil will not touch me. I will see how the wicked are punished, but I will not share it. For Jehovah is my refuge I choose the God above all gods to shelter me. How then can evil overtake me or any plague come near? For He orders His angels to protect me wherever I go. They will steady me with their hands to keep me from stumbling against the rocks on the trail. I can safely meet a lion or step on poisonous snakes, yes, even trample them beneath my feet! For the Lord says, “Because he loves me, I will rescue him; I will make him great because He trusts in my name.” I praise God that I can rest in His arms forever and always in Jesus Christ, my precious Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Life Is Good‘

“My beloved said to me, ‘Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away. For the winter is past, the rain is over and gone. The flowers are springing up and the time of the singing of birds has come. Yes, spring is here. [*] The leaves are coming out, [*] and the grapevines are in blossom. How delicious they smell! Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away.’"
(Song Of Solomon 2:10-13 TLB)

                                                                    Prayer

O my beloved God, You; have said to me, ‘Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away. For winter is past, the rain is over and gone. The flowers are springing up and the time of the singing of birds has come. Yes, spring is here. The leaves are coming out, and the grapevines are in blossom. How delicious they smell! Arise, my love, my fair one and come away.’
Yes, Lord, Your are telling me the truth; my life is good, and You will always help me through the storms of the world as well as the storms of my mind. You’ll lift me out of every oppressive whirlwind, and self-destruction will not be my master. When I am weary, You’ll pick me up in Your arms. You’ll make me strong and put a new song in my throat. I shall be at peace with yesterday and look at the hope of today. I can look around me and see the spring of life that is all fresh and new in Jesus Christ. All this is possible, and all is mine. I give praise, thanksgiving, adoration and love to my beloved God now and always in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘God Is Our God Forever’

For this great God is our God forever and ever. He will be our guide until we die.
(Psalm 48:14TLB)
‘Today the Lord our God has shown us his glory and greatness; we have even heard his voice from the heart of the fire. Now we know that a man may speak to God and not die.
(Deuteronomy 5:24 TLB)

                                                                  Prayer

Oh, my precious God, You; are my great God forever and ever. You will be my guide until I die. You are the Lord my God and You are showing me Your glory and greatness; I have heard Your voice from the heart of the fire. I know I can speak to God and I shall not die.
There is no place in my life for mediocrity. Nothing about You is inconspicuous or lacklustre; nothing about You is secretive, lukewarm, or wishy-washy. I bear Your name, I shall not walk in the world unnoticed; I will not live a tepid, bland life, I will not be invisible.
You are holy, all powerful, omnipotent God, and as Your child I am on the earth reflecting You and the vastness of Your personality. I shall open my ears and let You speak through me. I shall obey You fully. You are not calling me to be a clanging bell, a brassy symbol, a loud-mouth bore, and religious threat, no. It's our relationship that can be seen by all. There is no substitute for Your love for me, and there’s no substitute for my love for Thee. This in itself makes me and my faith eternally unique.
Jesus, I praise and thank You from the bottom of my heart for everything You, the Lord my God have done in me, and through me for Your glory, kingdom, of Your  name. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Everything In Christ’

Because the Lord is my Shepherd, I have everything I need! He lets me rest in the meadow grass and leads me beside the quiet streams. He gives me new strength. He helps me do what honors him the most. (Psalm 23:1-3 TLB)

.                                                                   Prayer

Father God, You are my Shepherd, and I have everything I need! You let me rest in the meadow grass and lead me beside the quiet streams. You give me new strength daily. You help me do what is right and what honours You the most.
You know the betrayal I have suffered, and You know how hard I've tried to hide from my fears of being hurt again. I shall let You remove the fragments of my wounded spirit. I can face my fears! In the humility of Your love and in the power of the Holy Spirit, I can proclaim the ascendancy of Your Word over my life to permit the peace that has been stolen from me to be restored. True to Your Word, You restore my soul. You shall make me a beacon of honour, but You need me to do my part, so I shall rise up and wash myself in the midst of glorious victory today. I commit and commend my life to You through Jesus Christ my precious Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Standing Firm’

A good man has firm footing, but a crook will slip and fall. Better to be poor and honest than rich [*] and dishonest.(Proverbs. 10:9,19:1 TLB)
And one of the things I keep on praying for is the opportunity, God willing, [*] to come at last to see you and, if possible, that I will have a safe trip. For I long to visit you so that I can impart to you the faith [*] that will help your church grow strong in the Lord. Then, too, I need your help, for I want not only to share my faith with you but to be encouraged by yours: Each of us will be a blessing to the other. (Romans 8:10-12 TLB)

                                                                   Prayer

Lord Jesus, I thank You that my feet has been made firm in You. I shall not slip or fall because I am sustained in You.
I keep praying for the opportunity for God to visit me, so that I can impart my faith and trust from Him to you and help our church to grow strong in the Lord.
I am a person of integrity in Christ – a person who doesn't rely on false pretence. I have no need to boast or lie or fumble with false inventions to earn acceptance or keep the peace. My integrity doesn't muff responsibility but I delight in being loyal to the Lord Jesus Christ my precious Lord. I will not listen to words embroidered with flattery and dishonest intentions that make an ugly pattern to kept hidden in the cabinet of mistakes. I shall avoid this behaviour at all costs. I love honesty and faithfulness; I love the wholesomeness and the incorruptibility of my soul. I give all the honour, praise, glory, and thanksgiving to my precious Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ my precious Lord. Amen.
