New Blog Post: “God Strengthens Our Faith”

Romans 16:25-27 ESV Now to Him who is able to strengthen you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery that was kept secret for long ages but has now been disclosed and through the prophetic writings has been make known to all nations, according to the command of the eternal God, to bring about the obedience of faith – to the only wise God be glory forevermore through Jesus Christ. Amen

God establish us by the gospel and the proclamation of Jesus Christ. According to the revelation of the mystery, which was hidden long ago, He has made it known through the prophetic writings the commands of the eternal God. All nations may believe and obey Him. God is all wise, all knowing, and His glory will be forever through Jesus Christ. The church in Rome was a cosmopolitan mixture of Roman citizens, Jews, Gentiles, slaves, free people, world travellers, men, and women therefore; it had potential for great influence and conflict. We can testify and witness that God lives. Inviting Him into our hearts, minds, souls, and spirits is where He dwells in us of those who accept Him as Lord and Saviour of their souls.
Our faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of the things we do not see. God builds up our faith, and we should be excited and thankful to Him for this. He increases our faith daily through the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit of God. He enables us to believe in the things He tells us that He will do. Our confidence is in God and not in our mortal natures. We know within our hearts all things are certain with God in Christ. He has been faithful to us in the past, and also He will be faithful to us in the future. We have seen His promises being fulfilled. We have the divine assurance and anticipation so we are able to stand upon His promises and faith He gives to us. Our faith is the conviction based upon our past experiences. God’s new and fresh surprises will be surely ours as He blesses day by day.
