New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House Daily to Meet with Him in Prayer’ ‘Directly to the Father’

At that time you won’t need to ask Me for anything, for you can go directly to the Father and ask Him, and He will give what you ask for because you use My name. (John 16:23 NLB)

Prayer

O my precious Lord, I will not need to ask You for anything, for I can go directly to the Father and ask Him, and He will give me what I ask for because I use Your name. I am so thankful and grateful to the Lord Jesus Christ, for He is the Son of God and He has set me free to be in a relationship with God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit the Triune God and I am thankful for everything they have done for me in Christ Jesus.
Father, I leave all of the details of my family and friends to You as I am unable to do anything more for them but pray for them.
I choose to be in Your will and I surrender entirely to the Trinity and the God-head in Jesus Christ’s precious name. I shall walk in faith and not by sight. I don’t need to ask You anything – because I am certain that You, O God, will reveal the things You want me to know in accordance to Your Sovereign will.

I have the faith and peace of Jesus Christ reigning within my heart, with His attitudes I will follow Him as He counsels me through the Holy Spirit of God. I look to my inner nature and I submit to the life of Jesus Christ, and do things the way He wants me to do. He will make my understanding perfectly clear, and I have come to the place where there is no distance between my Father and me. I am His child because through the Lord Jesus Christ, He has made me One with Him for the glory, praise and honour of His kingdom and name. Amen.

New Blog Post: A House Of Prayer – Daily Devotional ‘Come Into God’s House Daily to Meet with Him in Prayer’

Keep My Thoughts

Reading: 2 Corinthians 10:3-6

“We have divine power to demolish strongholds.”

Prayer

O my beloved God, You keep my thoughts. I ask You to bring all my thoughts into captivity in obedience to Christ Jesus. Bring me Your plans, and I will follow them so the outcome of those plans will be determined by You. By carrying out Your will please let my partnership, friendship, and total dependence upon Jesus Christ grow in the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit of God. I will make and apply every effort and completely submit to Christ with total obedience in my relationship with Him. I need Your help to act in a godly way so Your plans will be fulfilled in me. I live for You. I ask for Your guidance. May Your plans come alive once again in me. I trust You further whilst in my walk with God. You examine my heart, and You know all my motives. Let the motives be all You want them to be. I ask You to make Your plans succeed for me as You determine the steps I take in Christ. Amen.

Lessons To Be Learnt

We should have our thoughts and minds under the control of God. We are weak human beings, but we do not need to use human plans and methods to win our battles. God’s mighty weapons are available to us to fight against Satan’s (the enemy’s strongholds). Being Christians we must choose whose methods we want to use: God’s weapons or the world’s? God has assured us of His mighty weapons of prayer, faith, hope, and love. God’s Word, the Holy Spirit, is powerful and effective. These weapons can break down any proud human arguments against God. The walls that Satan builds are to keep God’s people from a relationship with Jesus Christ, and he wants them to be tempting to us to use our own methods instead of relying upon God. Trusting God in faith is the only way to live your life here on earth. He is a faithful and true God to those who believe in Him. As one’s faith and trust increases you will see clearly God is faithful and trustworthy to those who put their confidence and trust in faith in Him.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House Daily to Meet with Him in Prayer’ ‘My Refuge and Strength’

God is our refuge and strength, a tested help in times of trouble. (Psalm 46:1 TLB)

Prayer

Father God, thank You for being my refuge and strength, a very present help in all my times of trouble. Thank You for Your amazing grace which is my help. Thank You I will never be too proud to ask You for the help that I need. Thank You for the gift and seal of ownership You have placed to live inside of me through the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit of God. I know apart from Him I could not experience Your divine provisions for me.
Thank You for sending Your Son, Jesus Christ to die for me and saving me from all my sins. I thank Him for taking my sin debt and paying it in full on the Cross of Calvary. He was pierced for my transgressions, He was crushed for my iniquities, the punishment that brought peace to my heart He took upon Himself, and by His wounds and stripes I am forever healed in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

I accept and receive His unconditional love and grace and His unlimited compassion for my life. Jesus, You can sympathize with me. You can identify with my weaknesses, my fears, my anxieties and worries. You are not distant, cold, nor are You detached from me. I shall stand strong in Your grace. Receive Your help. Relax in Your acceptance. Bask in Your compassion. Yes, I shall surely rest in Your grace for You are with me forever and ever in Jesus Christ my precious Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House Daily to Meet with Him in Prayer’ ‘Sing Songs of Worship’

Sing a new song to the Lord! Sing it everywhere around the world! Sing out His praises! Bless His name. Each day tell someone that He saves.
Publish His glorious acts throughout the earth. Tell everyone about the amazing things He does.
For the Lord is great beyond description and greatly to be praised. Worship only Him among the gods! For the gods of other nations are merely idols, but our God made the heavens! Honour and majesty surround Him; strength and beauty are in His Temple.
(Psalm 96:1-6TLB)

Prayer

Father God, I will sing a new song to You, O Lord! I shall sing Your praises everywhere! I shall bless Your precious and holy name and tell everyone I meet that You save Your people.
I shall publish Your glorious acts throughout the earth. I shall tell everyone I meet the amazing things You have done for me. For You are great beyond description and You are to be praised and  worshipped among the nations of Your people. For the gods of other nations are merely idols, but my God has made the heavens and the earth, the earth was shapeless, chaotic mass, with the Spirit of God brooding over the dark vapours. Then God said, “Let there be light.” And the light appeared. And God was pleased with it and divided the light from the darkness. He called the light “daytime,” and the darkness “night-time.”  And God said, “Let the vapours separate to form the sky above and the oceans below.” So God made the sky, dividing the vapour above from the water below. Then God said, “Let the water beneath the sky be gathered into oceans so that the dry land will emerge.” And so it was. Then God named the dry land “earth,” and the water “seas.” And God was pleased. And He said, “Let the earth burst forth with every sort of grass and seed-bearing plant, and fruit trees with seeds inside the fruit, so that these seeds will produce the kind of plants and fruits they came from.” And so it was the living God who did all these great and amazing things.

He alone is the true and living God who dwells and abides within me and I dwell and abide within Him. He has proven these things to me through Jesus Christ my precious Lord and in the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit of God. Amen.

New Blog Post: A House Of Prayer – Daily Devotional ‘Come Into God’s House Daily to Meet with Him in Prayer’

Appeal to God

Reading: Job 5:8

“I will lay my cause before Him.”

Prayer

Lord, when I appeal to You and lay my cause before, You make Yourself known to me. You are forever accessible and available to me for I seek You with all my heart. I know it is wise to seek God because I need Him. You know how desperate I have been. You know I depend upon You to sort out the problems in my life. I come to You in prayer, believing You will sort all things out for me. I realize it has to be in Your timing and at Your appointed time. Through the years, You have taught me to have patience. You have shown me that sometimes You answer my prayers immediately and on other occasions You make me wait. It does not matter anymore. I do not want anything until You are ready to give it to me. I can wait for as long as You have willed it to be done through Jesus Christ my precious Lord. Amen.

Lessons To Be Learnt

We all need to make our appeal toward God in prayer and worship. He is accessible and available to us at all times. Every second, minute, and hour of each day He is willing to help us, if only we would ask Him too. It is not only the bad times we need to seek Him but also needed to seek Him in the good times as well. It is not just the little things of our lives He is interested in as He wants to be included in every detail of our lives from the smallest to the greatest here on the earth.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House Daily to Meet with Him in Prayer’ ‘Confirm Your Covenant’

‘Confirm Your Covenant’

When Abram was ninety-nine years old, God appeared to him and told him, “I am the Almighty; obey Me and live as you should. I will prepare a contract between us, guaranteeing to make you into a mighty nation. In fact you shall be the father of not only one nation, but a multitude of nations!” Abram fell face downward in the dust as God talked with him.
What’s more, “God told him, “I am changing your name. it is no longer ‘Abram’ (‘Exalted Father’), but ‘Abraham’ (‘Father of Nations’) – for that is what you will be. I have declared it. I will give you millions of descendants who will form many nations! Kings shall be among your descendants! And I will continue this agreement between us generation after generation, forever, for it shall be between Me and your children as well. It is contract that I shall be your God and the God of your posterity. And I will give all this land of Canaan to you and them, forever. And I will be Your God. (Genesis 17:1-8 TLB)

Prayer

Holy Spirit, help me to let God make the right choices for me. As I live my life in faith in Jesus Christ, transform and discipline me in accordance to God’s will. I shall walk before Him and be blameless. He will confirm His covenant between Him and I and he will increase my numbers. You will make me very fruitful and You will establish Your covenant as an everlasting covenant between You and me and my descendants after me. You shall give me the land as an everlasting possession and You have promised to be my God and all of my families God. I praise and thank You that we shall become the One stick and nation in Jesus Christ our precious Lord, and in the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit of God. Amen.
