New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘In The Desert'

The LORD went ahead of them. He guided them during the day with a pillar of cloud, and he provided light at night with a pillar of fire. This allowed them to travel by day or by night. And the LORD did not remove the pillar of cloud or pillar of fire from its place in front of the people. (Exodus 13:21-22 NLT)

                                                                   Prayer

Father God, I have been in the desert with You for a while now. You have gone ahead of me and used this time in the desert to teach me, mature me; to guide me and lead me into the ways of God.
You called me to follow You, not giving me an easy road in which to follow; for this would have led me to disaster. The long road has given me time; preparing me in knowledge, discernment, insight and revelation in the understanding of knowing Jesus Christ my Lord. He has helped me to grow by inspiring me through the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit of God.
My God is a faithful God. I can trust Him to lead me and to care for me whatever I face. Sometimes, I may not understand the reason for the path that I am on, but having a relationship with God, helps me to trust God to grow my faith and maturity along the way. He encourages and enlightens me when I cannot see the path I'm walking on. Trusting Him is what He expects me to do. God’s timing is always right—I wait patiently for Him. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘God Answer’s Prayer‘

The king asked, “Well, how can I help you?”  With a prayer to the God of heaven, I replied, “If it please the king, and if you are pleased with me, your servant, send me to Judah to rebuild the city where my ancestors are buried.” (Nehemiah 2:4-5 NLT)

                                                              Prayer

Father, I come to You in prayer, and I ask You to help me to deal with discouragement which tries to steal my peace, joy, and contentment. Help me to be content in whatever situation I find myself in. I ask You to take hold of my emotions and feelings so that I do not go into self-pity, nor will I accept or will I remain entrenched in an emotional pit.
Many a time I have had reason to feel defeated, because of the people who have let me down, I have felt profound disappointment and grieved. And though pain has flooded my soul and spirit, I cried out to God for direction from my situation. Lord, You can take an impossible situation—no matter what it is—and move in ways mightier than I could ever imagine. Constantly, I live in eager expectation of what the Lord can do. I turn all my disappointment’s into petition’s for God’s help. He restores my hope and prevent’s negative emotions from gaining a stranglehold upon my  life. I can make my plans, but the final outcome is in God’s hands. I can  always “prove” that I am  right, but it’s the Lord who I have to convince. I commit all my work and prayer’s to the Lord, then He will make it succeed, in Christ. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘God’s Handiwork ‘

Beautiful words stir my heart. I will recite a lovely poem about the king, for my tongue is like the pen of a skilful poet. (Psalm 45:1 NLT)

.                                                                   Prayer

O my precious Lord, I do have a real story to tell about the goodness of the Lord. I can declare the glory of the Lord my God, I proclaim His exquisite handiwork within my life. When I believed in God, and accepted His precious Son Jesus Christ, into my heart and life God placed His seal of ownership upon my life through the Holy Spirit of God. Then I became a walking psalm, a walking demonstration that He exists and He is faithful, and does all things well.
When I am with the people, and talk about my precious Lord Jesus to them, they too experience His presence through the words I speak, my attitudes, and even my actions towards them. They realise that the God of grace loves them and wants to illuminate their life with His joy, mercy, and salvation.
I pray the God of grace, mercy, and peace would give them His hope and glory in the truth of the Gospel of Christ, the beautiful words of God I speak, will impact their lives as it did to my own life when the truth of the Gospel was spoken to me. I pray that it will make an eternal difference to all those peoples lives, who hear the Word of God through me. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer, as You inspire me to tell others my story. Guide my words and my heart so that I can honour You and encourage others to know You as well in Jesus Name I ask, Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘You Observe Me‘

Day by day the Lord observes the good deeds done by godly men, [*] and gives them eternal rewards.  The steps of good men are directed by the Lord. He delights in each step they take. Yes, you have been with me from birth and have helped me constantly—no wonder I am always praising you! My health fails; my spirits droop, yet God remains! He is the strength of my heart; he is mine forever!  (Psalm 37:18, 23, 71:6, 73:26 TLB)

                                                                   Prayer

Father, each day You observe the good deeds done by godly men and women, You give them eternal rewards. The steps of good people are directed by the Lord. You delight in each step they take.
Yes, I have always been in Your heart. There isn't one instant of my life that You haven’t watched over. I have been with You from birth and You helped me constantly - no wonder I am always praising You! In my mother’s womb You promised me that You would love me unconditionally. You knew there would be times of rejection, sorrow, and betrayal. You knew I would feel unwanted and unloved at times, and You loved me even more. The promise You made to me in my mother’s womb was that I'd be perfectly loved forever, and I am living that promise today. My health fails; my spirit droop, yet God remains faithful to me. He is the strength of my heart; He is mine forever in Jesus Christ my precious Lord. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Armed For Battle‘

For you have armed me with strong armour for the battle. My enemies quail before me and fall defeated at my feet. You made them turn and run; I destroyed all who hated me. They shouted for help, but no one dared to rescue them; they cried to the Lord, but he refused to answer them. (Psalm 18:39-41 TLB)

                                                                    Prayer

Father, You have armed me with strong armour for the battle. My enemies quail before me and fall defeated at my feet. You, O God, made them turn and run; You destroyed all who hated me. They shouted for help, but no one dared to rescue them; they cried to You, Lord; but You refused to answer them.
My strength comes from the Lord and not from myself or from the world. In my own energy I will falter as quickly as it takes a drop of water to drip from a sprout. Splat! And I will be ready to quit.
You have made me capable of accomplishing much with many natural gifts You have given to me, but without You, those very gifts can be misused because I was born to know and to serve You, and not myself. So, on the battlefield today, I shall be brave and courageous. I shall lean on You and start over again. I can feel Your strength being poured into my body, spirit, heart, mind, and soul, through the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit of God, and I am assured You are revitalising me.
How I praise and give You all my thanks, adoration, and love in Christ’s name. I know for certain and am assured those battles have been already been won on the Cross of Calvary, Your blood was shed for me and for others. I commit my will and ways to the Lord Jesus Christ, now and forever more. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘Pray In My Name’

At the name of Jesus every knee shall bow in heaven and on earth and under the earth,  and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
(Philippians 2:10-11 TLB)

                                                               Prayer

Father, at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. His name is greater than that of any name on earth or in heaven and greater than any assistance I might turn to. So, this is why when He tells me to pray in His name, I do this because I know that my Father will answer me. I live in Christ and He lives in me. In Him I have seen my life being lifted to a higher dimension of happiness and contentment because I trust Him completely. My life is dedicated to the Gospel of Christ and there is no other option for me but to live it with Christ Jesus always and forever more. Amen.

New Blog Post: ‘Come Into God’s House and Meet with Him in Prayer’ – ‘God Is At Work'

For God is at work within you, helping you want to obey him, and then helping you do what he wants. (Philippians 2:13 TLB)

                                                                    Prayer

O my precious God, You are at work within me, helping me want to obey You, and then helping me to do what You want, You see my heart and know how confident I can be. You give me the desires of my heart today. When I pray from my heart, You know it is because I know You live within my heart. When my desires are one with Your Holy Spirit, I can trust You to answer me because You are the author of all my desires I have within my heart. You will answer me because my desires and Your desires are one.
I shall not be afraid to bring every concern to You that I have within my heart. I shall not hold back anything from You. It’s my love for You that makes my heart want to be the same as heart as Your heart is  through Jesus Christ my precious Lord. Amen.
